  Without a traditional RSI signal, I'm lost. Just a tangle of moving averages gives no direction up or down as the last 20 trades show.

  Hi IBD to what extent do you think about the VIX? It is moving up from a very low base and whilst it is currently defined as low, a new trend could be emerging. I realise you don’t talk about it but does it factor into your thinking and if so how does it affect your view?

  Would someone like to please explain why a trader or investor would buy into a stock that just had big jump in price due to an extra ordinary earnings announcement, namely a rise of about 25%.

  I suspect that the Trump trial led to the pullback. Some investors were worried about the chaos that might ensue if he is found guilty. My guess is that once that resolves the market will rise again. Will be looking to see if that guess is right.

  Im in Oregon and Bros has lines out the lot in most of their locationns. I go to Starbucks and they opened one next to one...They have more cars going through then the starbucks in Eugene

  Do you have any thoughts about using Swing Trader in a different time zone? I am in Hawaii 6 hours behind Eastern so I can't join IBD live - or at least I choose not to get up for the 3:30 am open(!). Seriously, I can effectively only trade the afternoon New York session. Can I still use the product from this time zone, given that I will miss morning alerts? I'd appreciate any thoughts...

  If you BUY SOMETHING in real life BUY IT AGAIN IN THE STOCK MARKET When you go food and drink shopping what you like to buy see if that product is in the stock market there's 1000s of different stocks you can buy so most likely what you buy is in the stock market. Reason why you wanna buy stocks in the real life products you buy your making money on the company's you support. You don't need to do the full buy in like say Pepsi or coke cacola is $500 a share if you have $50 or $100 only you can still buy one or Both of those products and every few weeks add money to each stock. Even if you're only adding $1 a week to each stock you'll still make money on the stock not alot but every little bit helps.
