🌍 Venture into her journey to England to marry Arthur, Prince of Wales, heir to the English throne, fulfilling a political alliance between Spain and England. Delve into the complexities of her early widowhood after Arthur's untimely death, and her subsequent marriage to his younger brother, Henry VIII, which would mark the beginning of a historic and stormy union.

Explore her role in national affairs, her patronage of the arts and education, and her involvement in England’s foreign wars. Witness her personal trials, including her many pregnancies and her heartbreak over her inability to produce a surviving male heir.
⛪ Witness the dramatic unraveling of her marriage as Henry VIII seeks to annul their union to marry Anne Boleyn, driven by his desperation for a male heir and infatuated with Anne. Experience Catherine’s steadfast resistance, her refusal to accept the annulment, and her appeal to the Pope, which led to a bitter public and legal battle that ultimately resulted in England’s break with the Catholic Church.
🌟 Reflect on her final years, spent in dignified isolation at Kimbolton Castle, where she remained devoted to her faith and her daughter, Mary I. Thank you & get well soon. There is no evidence that yellow was the colour of mourning in Spain. This was only stated by Alison Weir who later retracted her claim as she couldn’t provide a source or evidence and nobody has yet been able to find anything to indicate yellow was the Spanish colour of mourning

Any chance you could do her bio without linking her entire being in relation to a man? She was an important person all on her own. It’s the sperm that decided the sex if the child. You could perhaps say that rather than blame something she had no control over.
