Tyne Daly was always my favorite in Cagney and Lacey. She has such a beautiful smile and an incredible talent. Her and Sharon Gless had great chemistry when during Cagney and Lacey.

She's amazing! I loved her in Cagney & Lacey and then in Christy and so many others..THEN I heard her singing -WHAAAT?!! I had no idea she was so incredibly talented!

Her brother Tim hypnotized my in the driveway at the portofino several years ago with so many people watching - of course it was taped. I remember the head valet, at the time, walked over towards us and had this wtf look. He told Tim Daly something. I literally hit out of my car and looked at time Daly and recognized him from about twenty feet away. Tim Daly wasted no time walking over to me and hypnotizing me. I remember he said, “what?” To the head valet as he walked as walking towards us. July 29, 2024

CAGNEY AND LACEY

Also loved her in that movie with Sally Field where she plays a widow who is Sally's friend and loves cooking. It is set in Staten Island, NYC. Can't think of the name of it though!

Love Tyne she seems like she is a sweet down to earth lady and can talk to about any thing I would love to talk with her but obviously not going to happen lol. Hope she is doing well can tell she's a great loveing mom.

Lovely...lovely lady and actress. Loved her in both Cagney & Lacey and Judging Amy. However, Cagney & Lacey is my favourite. Det. Mary Beth Lacey and her Harv and family were fantastic. I used to watch with my late Mom...who also loved C & L. Have the entire series on DVD.

I love Tyne! Why Judging Amy isn't streaming somewhere is awful. She is so good and although this interview is older, I hope she's doing well today.

Whenever on Cagney and Lacy, mr. And Mrs Lacy had very intimate bedroom scenes, they seemed more than intimate together, he put his head in her breasts and all over and she sniffed him and touched him too. I'm not a prude, no way I liked it. But they were very very familiar with each other's body almost to comfortable sometimes weirdly so, that it made you wonder if they were lovers off screen. I don't think so, but dam, the chemistry. I noticed it in the reruns but I never noticed it when I watched it years ago. Funny, huh?

wow - strange - some actors really act like they're on rails, not real human persons - just playing roles for the public and doing their job all life long .. sorry i'm from europe and find it hard to understand the american way of life .. . the photo with her family looks so strange - like an old lion mother, that knows she done her job and has to go .. .
