dude shabba did for himself in his hey day...ninja stay in Jamaica and help build it....shabba still live in the pass and need to make new music...ninja still making new song and mashing up stage show....shabba good dj but not the best.....Sean paul/marley/shaggy won Grammy and I can buy and sell shabba a 100 times but they stay humble....shabba too show-off and act like he's rich...shabba don't have the money some of these younger artist have in Jamaica. ...ask shabba if he has a mansion or a big house or decent house in Jamaica....ninja/kartel/betweenie man/bounti killa fight and build dancehall

Well in Shabba defense, in seeing Beenie Man and Vybz Kartel calling themselves King without the sales and accolades... Well what about Sean Paul he's the biggest selling Dancehall artist in history with almost 20 million sold and 15 top 20 hits and 4 number records on the billboard charts.... Sean Paul been the King for the last 14 years...

I started to live in Waterhouse from 1968 close besides King Tubbys, so when the sound is playing, everything is in my house. I know URoy before he did one song at that time, he was the selector and the DJ in those days at King Tubbys High Power. I useto do some DJ too back in the days, because my step father did have a little set too,and I useto be the operator of it.So when it comes to Jamaica music I can tell you a bit of history about it,because I am old enough to know certain things.

Bob Marley , King Yellowman, Peter Tosh and Shabba Ranks are the 4 most influential figures in Reggae music. I am not saying they are the best but they are definitely the 4 most "influential" of all time. No other reggae artist is a greater pioneer than these 4 people
