What crabs do you have in Oregon? Since you have tried so many kinds of crab would you think Australian Mudcrabs taste better than Alaskan King crab or is dungeness outstanding and blue crabs are the sweetest? What about Coconut crab🤔 I wish I could try all those crabs at the same time

What's minimum landing size for spanners? Here, in Hawaii, minimum landing size is 4in/10cm. Spanners are known as Kona crabs & can be found in waters >15-20ft or more. Crabs are ono(delicious) when cooked but, personally...i prefer them cut into quarters & marinated in Korean kim-chee/gochujang sauce...WINNAH!...A-L-O-H-A from Hawaii

Lovely clean surfaces I see ther fellas.. old..Sally..minella.. eat your heart out.. and as a cray fisherman off the bottom of South Australia I fully disagree with the cold shock plunge... at the end of cooking.. the best way is to slightly undercooked the crustacean so that it finishes cooking slightly during the cooling process.. they should be hung by the tail and let drip-dry/ cool.. either in fridge or just outside next to cooking area away from flies
