He HATED it, and banned the use of it forthwith. Anyone doing anything like recreating it, dressing up as this, or something gets disappeared. Now, imagine how funny that'll be for anyone have to explain that shit in a public setting.

The admins are trying to not impact the normal gameplay as much as they can, taking out cheaters. It is server dependent what they can and can't do, but on average they try to not cause massive changes that could interrupt normal gameplay.

They crouch because they don’t want to make any noise. Before I was visable the dude was running around having fun doing back flips. Crouching makes you silent in game so no one can hear foot steps
