They truly give the visiting trout fishermen an opportunity to catch some trophy rainbows. Especially during the delayed harvest period, you’ll find the big ones. The regulations are specifically unique here, so make sure that you’re in compliance anytime your fishing in Gatlinburg or the Smokey Mountains. @@TeamPautzke just a follow up! Had an amazing trip, there’s plenty of fish left in the spur, probably 50 fish caught in 2 days, not any monsters but quality fish. Pautzke eggs have never let me down!

Gatlinburg, TN - they stock the entire city!

Make sure you let everyone know. They're not stalking trout anymore up to there For the rest of the year.. Because they are working on the fish Hatchery.

What the hell they feed them them are hogs holy I love them big trout I cough a bug me one time u can hear my line dinging I guess it was a togue an they call em a lake trout caught it off panther Martin spinner rubber fish

They buy them around 15 inches then feed them 125 percent from normal amounts.the trout grow 1 inch a month until they release them in the river

I fish in Gatlinburg a lot with my fly rod and Euro nymphing I don't know why but your stuff catches more trout than any fly or nymph or streamer, it's frustrating.
