Yes I will, I love fishing this method, just there isnt the macks here anymore. I will certainly use them more this summer

Maybe those Mac's are eating specs from the slobbin, and your bait is too big. I got the same problem in Florida.

There is loads of fry there, I see the shoals just under the surface.

I like your setup, but do you have to stop and press play again every time the last hook comes up? Isnt there a program on these Machines making it jig up and down automatically until you press the stopbutton?

The mack program jigs up and down and strips everytime. We dont get enough macks here to really use that. I use the jigging program that jigs the gear up and down, but manually haul and strip.

@@beanysfishing2555 i see. I have a boat of similar size in norway and ive been looking for a good mackfishing rig. Was inspired by yours, thank u. Think im going to build something similar. Are u happy with it?

@@danielwik yes Im happy with it. It depends on depth of water you are fishing. The stripper boxes will be too close together if you are fishing deep water

@@danielwik When I go over 15m, I set one set of feathers near the surface and the other deep. The shallow ones down tide side, then the wont cross in the tide

So that machine you have just rips the hook out the fishes mouth ? And even worse if the fish have swallowed the hook ......how cruel

Well if you are worried about hurting fish, then dont go fishing. Stay and home and watch tv, or maybe knitting.

Only fished Mac on south and west coasts and then not for many years, back in Peel you could catch better than that in an hour hand lining from the breakwater, fish that small got thrown back, Not your fault fishing gone to the dogs, governments for decades refused to address the issue, when you have got huge factory boats literally sucking the fish shoals out of the sea in front of your eyes and some of our own boats assisting, fish stocks dont last long. Piss poor weak and corrupt governments to blame from both sides of the house. Until government pulls its finger out of the plum pot and brings in some proper legislation we will never see the fish stocks return to those of my youth
