why are there so many people getting triggered like 9 year olds in the comments just cause hes using a tank. who gives a damn. he can stay down way longer than you and can catch better fish/crustaceans than you. y'alls itty-bitty-tiny-dicky feelings really got hurt over oxygen 😂😂

Dude its about sustainability. Another example is the usage of drag nets, yes you can capture a lot of fishes but the ecological damage is greater

@@eLocolucas I’m harvesting seafood for commercial sale. My competition are long liners and gill netters. Both have massive by catch and negative impact on the environment. My method allows me to harvest an amount that I can make a profit with zero by catch and minimal impact on the environment. And it’s perfectly legal here.

That’s a Langostino not a lobster. Real lobsters have giant delicious claws and are only found on the East Coast from Massachusetts to Nova Scotia

This IS in fact a lobster. Florida lobster. Northern, or Maine lobsters don't live down here. In the Bahamas we called them crawfish 😋 Great eats 😋

This is truly living off the land and going green.... The gopro, laptop, phone, and ipad used in the making of this clip use more energy, in total for one year, than three household refrigerators.

@@antoinekervarec6478 it’s totally legal in the US and we are better than everyone else so it’s all good. I’m commercially harvesting seafood and the way I’m doing it is far better than longlines and nets. I really don’t care how you feel about it. When you go without a mask, without fins, and with a sharpened stick then I’ll care.

Do it
If you can't catch them without the tank, then don't. It takes absolutely no skill or effort to catch anything with a tank on your back. It has absolutely nothing to do with sustainability, fair its more sustainableif you take only what you need and dont over fish, its about ethics and morals.

Thanks for watching! This way is still better for the ocean than standard commercial fishing. I can be way more selective in the fish and lobsters I catch. Unlike long liners, gill nets, and trawling which all have high amounts of bycatch. I have no bycatch as all the fish I catch are in season and are the correct sizes.
