I really appreciate the honesty about your seasoning on the lobster. You're one of the few youtubers left that are still genuine and not just trying to make money. That's one of the reasons I like you so much more than other fishing youtubers

I went to Florida about two weeks ago with my fam. It was so much fun. My favorite parts were snorkeling and most of all bone fishing with fly rods. I think it would be really cool if you did a video of you trying. I love your videos they inspire me to get out to adventure and cook. I went shopping for your seasoning but I could not afford it. Thanks for all you do!

how much is it?

This is a really tough situation for me, but I lost my dad in 2013 because of cancer. Appreciate and spend all the time you have with yours to everyone out there. He was barely a month into his 59th birthday and I MISS HIM LIKE CRAZY!

Ace is the person who brought me into trout fishing. Without him, I don’t think I would be anywhere close to where I am in fishing now.

I love how you call your father “me ancient” it cracks me up every time

Our lobsters are naturally spiny so thats their defense, lots of sharp spikes

because they are from an entirely different branch of decapods, lobsters with claws are classified under the family Nephropidae whereas the spiny lobsters are under the family Palinuridae

couple of tricks from a chef, 1. if the largest tail is cooked then the small one would be, 2. remove the meat from the tail shell before cooking, make for a great sear on the meat, locks in more flavour and seasoning aswell
