I've played the first one. There was a not on an island. It said something like this: "Something will happen, but only if Cat Quest becomes popular enough." I guess they succeeded.

I bought and played this through on the switch, and it’s actually one of my favorite games for the switch. It’s a genuine pleasure to play and just puts a smile on my face. Core gameplay is pretty nifty too. Would strongly recommend and I can’t wait to play the second

Would you mind giving a bit on how it expands? I'm loving the first game right now! It's simple enough to be simple to play, but complex enough to feel like it matters and you can actually get very skilled if you try. I'm excited to try the second game, but I'm just curious if it's more of the same, or if they added anything new mechanic or gameplay-wise. I see you have a partner now and the spells look different, but luckily they didn't touch the adorable nap animation! I love how they just plop down and snooze! Hahaha soo cuuuute!

The First game was so much fun. I can't wait to play this one.

Unless I'm missing something, these quote sources don't seem very reputable. Except Kotaku, of course.

It's a very good game..very addicting....but I find the price to upgrade the magic and armor way too high for the amount of gold you get after completing a side quest. Even the story quest is kinda rubbish, you have to be 3 levels higher to be able to do the quest in order to go further
