My kitten just had its broken leg mended. And now had her left eye out today. She really mad with me for operation and depressed. She doesn't like the cone she has to wear. Has anyone any tips on how to cheer her up or at least make her more comfortable. It's upsetting me to see her like this. Wen she better I'm gonna treat her like the princess she is.

My cat is very old and in the process of dying. She’s been sick with diabetes on and off for years. I’m playing this for her while she’s having one of her last days. Thank you

My beautiful 19 year old cat, Jake, passed away listening to this beautiful music along with multiple candles lit yesterday. I felt this incredible Love before & even stronger after he passed. He was an incredible being with the most Loving Soul. He helped me along with his late siblings get through multiple brain, spinal cord & surgical surgeries along with some of the most difficult times in my life. Thank you for helping my sweet boy pass Peacefully! ❤🙏

my wife and I recently brought a kitten home that was found by a coworker being chased and attacked by his dogs (mastiffs). the little guy was huddled in a corner in the snow, shaking with fear, lethargic and emaciated. none of the neighbors had seen his mother or his siblings roaming around, so we took him in with our 3 other cats at home after a quick checkup at the vet. he’s very young but still clearly somewhat accustomed to life outdoors. indoor life has been stressful for him for a few days and our other young cats have been less than accepting. all that being said, i’ve started to earn his trust and today he enjoyed a long nap in my arms while this music played. i hope the music helped him feel less stressed and the purring reminded him of early days before he was separated from his pack. either way he has a nice, long, safe, warm life of luxury ahead of him, we’re going to guarantee that.

My cat always used to sleep and snuggle with me, I miss it, the purring alone and the snuggles were enough to send me into a 2+ hour nap, but lately he’s been spending evening with others and so I’ve been lacking the comforting sound of my cat on my sleep and my mental health. Hi Suzanne I'm so sorry you have to deal with that sadness..did you already check if there is possibly an emotional pet therapy kitty they can bring to your home to spend time with you? I am like you. Cats are so important to well being. I'm a nurse I can't imagine they won't at least try to get you a kitty visitor. God bless you..❤

I put the phone close to me to fall asleep then the sound brought back memories of my cat that passed away because he used to sleep on my hair and pur.. I really miss him it's been 9 years and I always cry when I remember him because he was the sweetest soul RIP my baby Leo❤️‍🩹

They told us about this in nursing school. Cat purring helps mend broken bones. Very cool, but people think you've lost your mind if you encourage them to get a good purrer / lap sitter to be a warm and loving little healer.

That's really cool🐈 I'm recovering from a broken femur 8 weeks ago. She's always with me, so she is helping me heal? I am testing it, and I like the bone-knitting kitty theory! Now my kitty tore her ACL and is now recovering from her surgery 2 days ago. Our living room now has two of us convalescing. The purr music was so appreciated today, it was sorely needed, pun intended 🐈

I had no idea the frequencies of a cat were healing, until my kitten one day healed me from the harshest migraine ever… researched about it later and there it was, even scientifically proven .. 💕✨✨

One of our vets did the same she found 2 kittens in a barn with stuff all over them thay got cleaned up and we adopted them but 3 weeks later one of them died to brain cancer so it only lives one and that cat is mine one and she’s all ways sounds like it’s crying. (Btw the one that died was coco and the one that lives today is Lucy and when I sleep I play this with her because she’s sad)

Ever since my cat went missing before my birthday, I never felt the same without my poor baby. I couldn’t stand celebrating my birthday without his presence, my family were also too busy searching all over for him. its been 23 days that he’s been gone missing. Attending school was already hard enough but when my baby is not home with us, it’s even harder to go to school and focus on my studies.. I have an upset stomach so I decided to search up cat purring videos. I immediately teared up.. My stomach feels like it’s calming down already and I find so much comfort when cats purr. Thank you so much for this. I feel saddened yet comforted and relieved..

Sometimes my kitten gives me a hard time while cutting his nails. He gets super squirmish at times. So I tried to find Angel music for cats and this was one of the videos that popped up. He layed in my lap so peacefully and let me cut ALL HIS NAILS! So happy! And now he’s rubbing his face all over my speaker hehe ❤️ We both love this sound, thank you.

This soothes me so much, cats are about the only thing that can calm my anxiety.

I have 1.5 ferals living with me - one on "permanent loan" & the other comes & goes, time sharing with the next-door neighbors (who are silly enough to think they "own" him, lol.) My usual window sitter is not a fan of having other cats around, and my part-timer gets a bit vocal & upset about sharing the food bowl & the warm spot on the bed (infra-red spot light), but both settle down & sleep peacefully when I play this video as "background music" for them. Probably reminds them of Mom, lol. Best wishes with the current cold weather. I haven't seen the 0.5 cat in 24 hours, and I am hoping he is safely inside at the neighbors' place, since he hasn't come here (and the cat door has been sealed, anyway, to keep out the bitter freezing cold.) He's a survivor, and he stopped by for dinner after the first 24 hours of hard winter cold, so I strongly suspect he has a warm spot *somewhere* ... or he'd be here. I have 3-4 different sheltered spots outside, on the porch & under the carport, for him to wait that are protected from wind & water, but he seems to be somewhere else, for the time being ... and I hope he remains there, until warmer temps return. "You can own a dog but a cat owns YOU."

I love you, girl... you are my best friend.... 😢❤️ Edit: I'm moved by the response and beautiful words you all have written. It was a heavy shock when she died as it happened very suddenly and I still have not fully recovered from it. People have been expecting me to get another cat and I just can't... I'm not ready for that yet. Anyway, thank you all for your kind words. It's love like this from perfect strangers that gives me hope. Much love to you all. ❤

I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. I just wanted to share with you that I also play this piece every time I go out and my two Siamese girls sleep peacefully listening knowing I’m out but will be back..this is very comforting and I think your baby that was held with such love and comfort knew how special they were to you and had a smile on their heart when they left this World . Did you know there Animals in Heaven? People who have died , gone to Heaven and came back shared instances of seeing some Beautiful Animals in Heaven. One in particular man who loved Horses was taken up to Heaven and the Angel guiding him took Jim to a special place and told Jim to look over there in the Meadow and there they were Amazingly Beautiful Horses. But Jim said when he pet the horses his hand eventually went through the horses mane; slow motion,and a kaleidoscope of colors came through onto Jim’s arm. It was spectacular Jim told the audience on a program called “Joni table talk”. Fascinating. So I know your cat 🐈 is in Heaven right now. God created animals too. So let not your heart be troubled any more. I hope you find peace in these replies.♥️

woke up from a nightmare while at college where my cat was rehomed. shes been my partner in crime for most of my life and for all of hers. i was there when she was born and still remember how heavy she felt in my hands when we were both much younger. im an insomniac and sometimes the only times i could rest were when she was lying in bed with me. using this sound for some comfort in the early hours of the morning, while my best friend is out of reach

my family had to let one of our most beloved cats, Casey, go to sleep a good few months back because he was suffering and not getting better. He was such a sweet ginger tabby and the purring in this video reminds me of him when he'd lay with me when I was having a low point. Despite how hard we have tried to move on, I still can't help crying sometimes. This makes it better tho.

I played this while caring for my weak, and crying 2 year old cat, doing everything i could: cleaning her fur, singing, trying to put her comfortably, play... While we were waiting for the time to pass to see the vet 5 hours later(we didn't know what was wrong). At the vet we find out she's positive to leukaemia... 4 hours later, she passed away, still to this music, at home 💔

Been playing this for about 10 minutes. The cat is asleep. :)

the vibrations also work on humans too. everything is a frequency. some harmful, some not. every living object emits a frequency. Your surrounded by it. it’s a bit like magic.

i just lost my companion of 20 years, she would sleep right on top of my head and purr in my ear til I fell asleep. she got too hot and too furry for alll night sleeping but it helped soooo very much.to put us both in a happy sleep. She passed away in my arms on Jan 31st and I still cry for her every night.. Ive had wonderful luck with the best anilmal companions for at least 30 years but she lived with me from kitten rescue to passing away and I will cherish her forever!!! i know it will take a long time for pain to recede but Im gratejful I found this channel to help the transition. Thanks

It's been 10 months and I still find myself talking to her and then looking around and realizing she's not here. But I know she's in a better place because she was in pain before she passed and I feel her and see her in the corner of my eye once in awhile. I'm going to foster a kitten next week. I want to put echoes cat dish and other items to use doing something positive and helpful. Wish me luck please it's been a while since I've potty trained a kitten. I still feel her presence and talk to her.... probably always will I guess. I am using her cat dish and other items to foster a kitten next week. I babysit my son’s cat when he goes away. It’s stressful for poor little kitty. I found this and kitty LOVES it. Starts purring, wants to snuggle, and then falls asleep….. and oh yes, he purrs right along. Thank you so much. This is his fav purring vid.

My kitten did too!

I rescued a 12 wk old feral kitten and played this for him every night. He has been so easy, happy, loving and smart, creature. I called a TNR group and while I appreciate the concept for true feral cats, releasing a 3 month old baby, especially hours after surgery, or not even CONSIDERING to rehab these beautiful creatures, breaks my heart!

My two elder cats had died about a month ago and this is my first time sleeping in my room without them, they're purring really helped me sleep, Especially when they laid next to my head

I found this video searching for something to soothe myself and my 5 year old cat. Last month we had to put our 18 year old cat to sleep (due to kidney disease). My other cat and I have been grieving so much. I put this video on and for the first time since the loss, he and I were able to sleep peacefully. Do know that your cat spirit will always be at your side For i belive when our pets that we looked as our kids pass they continued being at our side that i bet you anything that you probably hear your cat at timess or see him or her or feel like there right there bc cat can see what we can and he is probably confused why you cant touch or inore him now bc he is a spirit that you or all us human can't see but they can thats why they ran out off nowhere at times bc they saw something they scare off and ran so fast out of nowhere p thid wht Pharaoh's use to value catq1s bc they are our protectors personal

@@wilmergomez5388 you are right and it is so comforting because the house seemed so empty without him. But more and more I see him out the corner of my eye and yesterday I heard him! Just like you said. It was like he was right behind me! My other cat acts "spooky" all the time like he sees something often in places where smokey used to go. So I feel like he is with us. I wish I knew how to let his spirit know that I see him. If I acknowledge him can he hear me?

I'm glad you mentioned that because I have been seeing my baby out of the corner of my eye. She was pure white and my walls are white so I just keep thinking it's my imagination but maybe she is really there in spirit. I don't know where else she would be anyways. We've been together for so long and we've gone everywhere together! Literally we've gone everywhere together because I live in an RV and she lived here with me the whole time the last three years. Before that we had a house and she wasn't thrilled about car rides but she got used to the RV. She used to be quite timid exploring outside until we started living in the RV. After about a year she decided to explore whatever place we parked at for a few days. I'm sure it was better for her spirit to be exploring and that helped her live a long healthy life. And she helped me live one too. I still miss her every day even though it's been almost 4 months but I figure 20 years is not going to be gone easily. Hell I still miss my soulmate dog of 15 years and she died 10 years ago. They have so much love to give and they ask for so little it's impossible to replace them in our hearts. 💔

By the way I still talk to her since I feel like I am seeing her out of the corner my eye and feeling her spirit, she will be able to hear me somehow. So I'd say just acknowledge Smokey the way you always did and I'm sure he will know it somehow! 😻

I really hope so I had to have my cat Rosie put to sleep during lockdown because she had pancreatic cancer I felt her around me when I first had her put to sleep I even saw her spirit 4 days later I don’t feel her now but I suppose she’s moved on. Thanks for the comforting words they really help 💕

I have a stray we’ve taken in that is about to have kittens any time now and she is sleeping so soundly with this playing! Thank you ❤️

Same. My very hyper kitten broke his arm and I’m doing everything to calm him down so he can rest. He likes this music. Doesn’t like the cat music without the purring so much.

My Ava woke from a sound sleep when I turned this on & started purring & looking around for the sound. It was so sweet. I could sleep all day listening to purring cats. So relaxing!

@GuessWho-jk6zd Yes, actually I did! I always tell both my girls "thank you" when they're laying on me or near me & purring. It's been some time since I read the article, but it has to do w their purring being on the same frequency or something like that as you. Their purring helps when u're sick or feeling depressed. It definitely helps me. I've been pretty sick a couple of times & my oldest sticks to me like glue. I always find it very comforting. They're very intuitive! 💕

Mama cat is getting so stressed with her new born kittens and I just played this, in seconds, she calmed down and they all fell asleep ♥️

This is so calming... It resonates with me. I'm not saying that to be funny, wow.

Great sound. I love a purring cat it means they are happy and content.♥️♥️♥️

It worked. My cat was so anxious due to the ugly weather tonight. Then I played this clip on, she fell asleep during the thunderstorms and lightenings. Thank you. Really appreciated! 🙂

Ahhh this always helps me sleep. The gentle tinkling makes me feel safe and warm and ready to sleep. The deep purrs in the foreground are lovely as I’ve found sounds like purring and waves on top of less predictable noises helps me a lot and this music. Ahhh. I’ve used this occasionally since March and I can’t believe it’s been almost a year. It’s the second video on my 60 long sleep playlist and it’s so nice to lean back into the deep soundscape. The light tinkling reminds me of fairy lights and tapestry wall hangings. Cozy blanket tents and new bedding. I love it so much thank you for this beautiful music.

This is so relaxing. My two cats are temporarily living with my mother, and not having their nighttime purrs has made sleeping difficult for me. While not exactly the same, this is definitely close.

THIS IS THE BEST FOR ME AND MY CAT

My elderly cat Tom has been suffering from seizures on average about one every 3 weeks the vet put him on anti seizure medication but the side effects were horrendous so he had to be taken off it! But I found keeping him calm and relaxed was the key so this lovely gentle music with the purring in the background really helps thank you so much on behalf of a happy cat 😻

Went into this vid looking for cat purr healing and relaxation, didn't think I'd make myself cry thinking this sound a lot like having my cat here with me once again after having lost her during the pandemic

I listened to this to sleep because im having an unstoppable chest pain and heart heavy but then i remember cats purr releases endorphins which calms my heart down

Thank you my cat was all wet from the rain and jumped on my lap and I played this and we’ve been sitting outside for the past 30 minutes Playing this sound and he’s fast asleep I didn’t think he was able to sleep that fast just by a calming sound❤

This reminds me of my cat Pickles. She got lost about a week ago but she came back home.
