But one learning which I've gathered is that the way he understands the passage first and then jumps to the question. And he even invested considerable amount of time in comprehending passages. I often leave the passage halfway being scared that probably I'm wasting time, but won't do the same in future attempts. Thanks!

@@acrush9340 approximately 22-25 marks in each section ... DILR score is ranging from 15-30, quant 24-33, VARC 15-30....getting stuck in some RCs hence wasting lot of time and getting it wrong. Sometimes, I am able to pick easy RCs and attempting them correctly. DILR - I have improved, able to attempt 2-3 sets with 80% accuracy. In quant 10-11 questions with 90% accuracy. I need to amp up now in each section.

@@shantanusingh123 Honestly you are doing great in my opinion, except in VARC IMS has really good VARC questions, I usually get 15-17 correct and I attempt all . But my English is not that great ,honestly. I just try to do my best in 8-9 min per RC , I quickly do all the 3-4 RC , then odd one out , para summary and at last para jumbles. A good indication that you are becoming proficient in RC is when you start getting all 4-5 questions correct in a RC. Mostly I get 1-2 wrong in RC , that to in a particular RC. I am not good at writing and speaking in English but what I have seen is , you’ll will become really quick and good with RC once you start reading some articles on specific topics , like I use to get , 1-3 right in RC which were based on , finance, politics , theology, philosophy, I did my homework and now I am familiar with all the general terms and concepts of these topics , like a guy from science background is when given topic on atoms or chemistry or game theory etc. Hence all RC just look more familiar. As far as Va is concerned, para summary and odd one out are just like RC , summarise , ideas etc and solve. Yes having a proper strategy is important, but you can build that once you are doing a final run of mocks in November. Right now just attempt all, in the order it is thrown at you , if you find it difficult to read some RC , once you are done , read 2-3 articles on that topic , that same day. It will put you at ease. LRDI, DONT WORRY. THATS ALL, the day is yet to come , when you will be able to break 4 sets. The difference between a 99 and a 70 percentile might be of 1 set. You are not there yet, even I am not 😂. Practice 4-5 sets daily. I both ims and time have great sets in mocks , so it’s worth doing question 2-3 times revise , just to feed the logic in your natural reflex so that it pops when you read the question. I am super slow at solving sets , but I did like 17,18,19,20 cat sets , now I am becoming good at cracking the logic part very quick. Quants - I was average at quants from day one , Arun Sharma etc was of no help , it’s only when I did 15,16,17,18,19,20 cat previous year questions I realised that time and ims are giving difficult questions, like I was only able to solve 5-6 questions and wonder , why am I scoring so low even after doing Arun Sharma. Then I realised, no need to take ims and time quants seriously, just focus on questions you can solve , try to add 1 questions every time , so say you at comfort level are able to solve 10 questions, in the next mock just try 11, but make sure all are correct , accuracy is a big deal in quants, since no of attempts are low, slowly I guess you’ll be able to make time for those extra 6-7 questions. The above might not be of much help , it’s all out there. My 2 cents Also , it’s my personal opinion that daily mocks and 4-5 hrs of analysis will tell you things , that even I can’t . I literally solve each and every question , even think of various methods , watch solution videos . I am also reading word-power made easy , more and more words and their meanings pop in my head quickly, my speed is okay , I make flow charts in RC , idea to idea, points, 2-3 words max , read it before solving questions. It’s time consuming , if you want to ace VARC , refer to moniak shah quora answer , about VARC , it was very helpful, reading articles on aeon , writing summary of each para , doing 6-7 paragraphs. Made me better in VARC. if you have a lot of time at your disposal, do mocks daily , analyse daily , each and every question. It’s helps a lot . Do it for a week you’ll see your scores jump. For quants , just go to 2iim and solve all the previous year papers , and do refer to video solutions, Rajesh Balasubramanian is the best , his approach and methods to solve questions is really good , I enjoy watching his solve questions, one can learn a lot of tricks just by watching his solution.

When you solve the mock again, during analysis that is, your brain has already spent considerable amount of time understanding the question, both consciously and sub-consciously, hence making it easier to solve them the second time.

I don't know the way he solved the questions were dangerously good . Is this the gap between us and a 100 percentiler...or may be pehle dekha tha we can't tell for sure given that he is a 100 percentiler.
