I cannot stress more on the importance of mocks and analysis. The most important part of my preparation were the 3 hours of analysis after every mock. Helped me improve a lot! If you ask any cat topper, one common thing you will definitely find is they attempted multiple mocks and analyzed it well! Do watch this video and leave a like if you learnt something new! You can go for both I guess. IMS helps because more people appear for it and iquanta has a good mock portal

Then only solve the questions after the mocks. Do not focus on other parts of analysis. And at the same time, keep covering the theory portion as well from different topics

There are many good ones available...buy one of ims/time and another one from any other coaching institute

Bhaiya what was your scores in mocks from CL, TIME, IMS during preparation...mu raw scores are always in range of 35-40... I am not able to improve my marks further... especially LRDI mein single digit marks aa rhe hai

I am currently working in a core company and preping for cat, its approximately a 8am-8pm on work area and i spend morning 2hrs and night 2hrs only for studying cat, i am thinking of resigning from this job for effective preparation, so will it work or its a draw back?

If you are able to give 4 hrs, I don't think there is any need to leave your job. That is more than enough for CAT. Use the weekends to attempt mocks and study 6-7 hrs

Do not focus so much on revision. Start practising questions and focus on problem solving. Revision of a topic should take maxmum 45 mins (this includes revising all the problems as well which you couldn't solve before from the topic)
