I would say he Not very good at it... He prefers to Dig Holes in the Road-- for material: than, knocking back the sides.. And spends alot of time filling it back in with other parts of the road. 🤦 4:00

I would hazard a guess that he can’t go knocking back the sides’ as there doesn’t appear to be any thing to stop the sides from cracking and crumbling down on top of the operator. For some one working what appears to be completely on their own, I think they are doing a pretty decent job.

Skills grading up close to the drop off

in this kind of soil,i think they are just wasting fuel..if you don't put some big rocks below on it,that soil will just washed away when the rain comes!

As a youth I was always fascinated by heavy machinery and semi trucks, and now in my 50's I still am enjoying watching. Thanks for sharing and if you ever get a chance it would be really cool to see an episode where the camera is in the cab with you so we could see you work the many controls and how your work looks from your point of view. 😃✌

I can hear that 140M engine runs much better than that ones sold in the United States. Sounds very clean and responsive. 👍 US engines have the exhaust filters and are derated, i hate operating them.

This is a small road usually for temporary use otherwise the landscape on its own is not good or safe for such small road. To make such a road to last they've to upgrade the process of making. Maybe by adding rollers to compact the soil etc.

Because the stream is so big, there is no culvert, the mouth is blocked by soil

jeez. how long before that hillside comes down on the road, undercut like that? And that gully was caused by rain runoff. It's going to need somewhere to go... it goes across the road: no road. I'd like to see this road in six months time.

@@Grayderci exactly. It is a death trap. It needs a rainwater channel laying down on a solid bed and then a road on top of that doesn't it? Anyone can see that. I am not in the construction industry at all but it seems obvious. I suppose they know that and perhaps are just clearing a line for a proposed road and once that is done they'll actually start making a proper road.
