A friend of mine who’s a supervisor nurse at the Hospital, he plays this on his Friday’s(literally Friday is his Friday) at the Nurses Station. And this just makes the 12 hour shift turn into a 8 hour shift(like the time just flies by like that). Like this type of music makes works fun, and everyone is having fun doing there job.

Leisure time was entirely different. Nobody had access to the internet 24/7 so people would read, write, talk sporadically about nothing. The pace of life was entirely different and you never got stuck "doomscrolling" the way people do now.

boomers truly got to experience the best time to work in the business world. world economy still fairly flush with cash, and all business (and the world in general) still operating by 30 year old rules and customs from the 50's, but with the convenience of modern emerging technologies that were ripe for the using for that extra edge, as most had not caught on to alot of it yet, and it had not taken over every facet of our lives yet. you could have the convenience and magic of a personal computer and cellular phone, but without being connected 24/7 to everyone else and everything else.
