my skin is super texturized and blending my foundation into oblivion never gives me smooth results like some of my fave beauty gurus have, and i always feel like im doing something wrong, but seeing your face look just like mine on a regular basis gives me so much more confidence to wear my makeup the way i always wear it. also you always look so stunning omg.

You're just so pretty, and so awesome. You're on my favorite people. You just seem to have such great peaceful energy. You break the stereotypes people have about Goths. I love the warm tones in this look! Adding a new shade to your contour really works! Also, a few weeks ago I bought a metallic lip from Black Moon (Immortal, my first dark lip!) and I'm obsessed with the wear!!

Love the brown tones. It had a feeling of old silent films that were in black and white or slightly sepia tone. It was very pretty and crazy cause it looked so goth on you, but funny to think those are the colors other people use to just have simple natural make up. Goes to show that goth can wear more than just black and still look fabulously goth.

I tried this. Your eyebrows are so difficult and flawless, I'm ACTUALLY amazed at how effortlessly you do them. You're amazing.

I got so excited when I saw the eye shadows you used! I use those same ones everyday. My look isn't as dramatic, I do a more natural 90s look. :) I've had my shade and light pallet for a while now and it's my all time favorite. And we use the same mascara! Anyway, long time watcher but I just wanted to fangirl a bit and say thank you for being here and inspiring me to be my true dark self. I've finally embraced the fact that black is my favorite color, I love the dark and spooky, and spooky music is my jam. Because I was raised religious, it was hard to reconcile the fact that you can like all these things and still be a good person and even a Christian. And a lot of this is thanks to you and your positive portrayal of the subculture.

Michelle W my husband is NOT into the goth culture or rock at all. hes the opposite and likes rap music but nevertheless he still lets me be my goth self. you should be allowed to do the same. you shouldn't have to change for someone, because they shouldn't care in the beginning. i hope you get your freedom to express or at least modernize your style. perhaps Nu style thats usually more subtle and easier to go by.

I think you should do the more natural thing. Mix a very very light shade of foundation/concealer with the white stuff. It's still VERY pale but more natural

The new hairstyle suits you so well, Freyja! What's so awesome is that you can still do the aristocratic goth hairstyles, and other times you can keep it 80s ^_^ loving the eyeshadow and lipstick shades in this video too!

I like the new colors! I'm a red head with green eyes too. If you ever feel like trying purple, it'll work great. I speak from experience.

Makeup Forever's lightest shade is really good for a natural yet very pale look. I use them mostly so I don't know other brands, but definitely worth swatching. In my profile photo I'm the second lightest warm shade (what was 117).

Subtle difference but HUGE impact, the slight flesh tone and warmer contour was breath taking, it tied in with the eyeshadow and lip so well! @ 4:06 I was actually wow'd to the point where I said it out loud lol.
