Casting a sword means it's a decorative item.. It is dangerous but very fragile as unlike forging casting doesn't really bond the metal strong enough and also cannot be termo cycled like forging. My comment is just to inform people that maybe confused 😁

I love watching your casting videos man. I started with a little backyard foundry from The King of Random's channel, and am melting with ease using an oil burning upgrade I found. I haven't been able to do a great cast yet as I am still much of a novice in that area, but your videos are helping a lot on improving my technique! Thank you for all you do!

Congratulations, I really liked the work, it's a shame that in the end the sword wasn't painted the same color as the original in the film.

Awesome! Just found this and love it. My buddy Andy and I crafted the original swords used on set by Idris Elba in the first film, and it was a blast. Wish we would've had your help on the aluminum stunt blades though! haha We did grinding/stock-removal on the aluminum blades.
