Casting GFRC Tile 4 times a day in the same molds Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Eric Schaeffer of Majestic Concrete Design was under the gun to turn a concrete tile project around quickly with limited rubber molds available.
His solution - turn the molds around every 2 hours, seal and box the tile quickly (some of it the same day) so he didn't run out of room in his shop.
Eric's mix design was a fast setting, self consolidating GFRC mix that could be stripped in just a couple of hours. The tiles are coming out beautiful.
Mix design per cubic foot:
• 50 lbs. Portland
• 10 lbs. CSA Additive, 20% of the cementitious
• 60 lbs. sand
• Trinic GFRC Admix @ 3% of cementitious = 1.8 lbs.
• Trinic Plasticiser @ .7% of cementitious = .42 lbs. This may be a little high for non CSA mixes.
• .28 w/c ratio = 60 * .28 = 16.8 lbs.
• Glass fiber @ 2% of total dry mix weight = 120 * 2% = 2.4 lbs.
• Working time: about 5 minutes. Eric made small manageable batches.
