Hey therethanks so much and thanks for watching...I usually get the sticky and gluey texture from adding enough sugar and baking for the right amount time if its under baked is going to be tough and dry because the heat actually turns the cassva into a that sticky like texture....what u can do is when you see the top starts to turn into a transparent like appearance its a good indication that its going to be sticky...give it a test with a knife and taste it...it should be sticky if not bake it a little more and repeat testing...hope this helps and do tag me when you give my recipea try...keep watching for more delicious recipes and share with family & friends.
