You are in Africa, in Cameroon and don't know where to get Cassava and plantains 🤔???? These are found ALL OVER the place as easy as getting cigarettes.

Yes microwave helps those who are in hurry, but it just does not gives it the proper texture. If anything it totally changes it. I personally wouldn't use it to cook the cassava and plantains.
