I heard the maximum damage torpedo range is getting nerfed upon release. From 8 km down to 7 km. Other than that, I loved the video!

Thank you for the interesting review, really appreciate it! Odd ship though and have to say it took me a while to realise this was a Tier X ship you were reviewing - really feels more like an VIII or IX looking at all of its limits. Seems similar to a Yugumo running TRB, with the many limits but fun that can be, not least because of the two rear turrets being the majority of its gunpower. Means running away and defending can be quite effective, so I like that setup for this torpedo focussed boat. How is the rest of the line? And is the X turret 360 degree? Looks like it in the replay, but not sure if you mentioned it.

It's ironic because one of the main roles of Cassard's class IRL was Anti air escort, and yet their AA is trash ingame.

@Axel23410 she has like 5 AA guns on board, and in the 50s an AA threat would be a missile or a single fighter aircraft, it would've been more important to land some number of hits with fast firing and tracking rather than overwhelm them with raw volume, which doesn't translate 1/1 in WOWS

@@drakeconsumerofsoulsandche4303 Halland has roughly the same number of AA guns as Cassard. And yet Halland's AA is among the best in the game. AA values for a certain mount is just completely arbitrary bullshit in this game. As simple as this.

Did they reveal what the dmg/per range drop-off is for the torps after 7km?

@@23Muffins is a gradual damage drop off isn’t instant I’ll test it out on Tuesdays stream I needed today off :/

No worries. Wasn’t sure if WG released any stats on the torp drop-off. It sometimes helps when calculating the torp dmg at specific ranges past 7km.

Is this recorded before or after their last minuite buff?
