My mom used to take me to her sneaky links. I would be left in the room watching tv. It’s wasn’t good and I was confused but at least she didn’t abandon me

This case outcome was absurd. The child was just playing with a sponge and bubbles. The mother was obviously being sarcastic when she said do the laundry. I call lack of sound judgement for both lawyer and phycologist for thinking otherwise.

The little girl was showing how much she loves to help. I took it as her being silly with her. She didn’t expect her to do the laundry or to fully clean the sink. It was just cute that she wanted to act like mommy.

Yo vi que la niña lo estaba haciendo a modo de juego, soy maestra de preescolar y ahora que estamos en línea se nos piden que dejemos actividades para enseñar a los niños a enfrentarse a la vida, se le llama “EN Y PARA LA VIDA” vi en el video que la mamá le hablaba con dulzura y eso de que le dijo que le tocaba también lavar el montón de ropa fue a modo de juego, se pudo percibir claramente, que triste q la doctora lo haya visto a mal ya que eso influyó para que se la quitara. En otro punto, la mamá hizo mal en andar de hot y llevarse a sus hijos al motel. En fin.

Si que pena me da por la señora. Se que ella hizo mal en traer a los hijos para revolcarse con otro pero eso no significa que ella es mala madre o que le deben que quitar a la nina. Yo no vi nada mal con el video. Ella obvia mente estaba bromeando con la hija. Ella estaba jugando con el jabón y agua en realidad no estaba haciendo nada malo.

Totalmente de acuerdo a mi desde los 4 años me ponían a lavar mi ropa aprender a ser independiente y aquí nunca me paso nda al contrario aprendí q mi mamá no tenía xq hcer cosas q yo bien podía hacer ahora lo que hcen es limitar a los niños x eso es q hay tantos niños mimados q llegan a jóvenes q ni fregar su propio plato dond comen lavan🙄🤦‍♀️hasta cuando! van a sacarse de la mente que no todo es maltrato

I didn't think the baby "washing dishes" was inappropriate at all, it was cute and funny, never to young to learn how to do chores, and i'm sure the mom was recording cause it was cute and she wasn't really telling her to do the laundry.. people are so sensitive lol

Dejen de justificar la calentura de esta mujer, si ella hubiese estado al pendiente de sus hijos antes que estarse revolcando en una cama con un macho su hijo estuviera VIVO! ahora bien, si se quiere revolcar con otro no tenia por que haberlos llevado al mismo cuarto, eso es asqueroso. I thank you soooo much for your comment, because growing up also I had what we call chores that needed to be done, that is how we learned how to keep a home clean. Whenever we grow up and get our own very first alone as adults, we keep our own home clean and how do we learn that? At home growing up, and what's even more weird, the judge who happens to be Latina, it made it odd for her to think that wat because in a Latino home, we clean from the age of being very little. I didn't agree with her decision on this one.

Assuming this isn't an actress, not crying in court doesn't really say much at all because if someone has PTSD or severe trauma they may become numb and cry themselves dry to the point where it's literally not possible to cry more. You get so hurt all your feelings go numb. To be honest I don't really think either of these parents are ready to take care of their daughter properly. I think it's quite possible that the little girl was just playing in the sink and the mom was teasing about the laundry though. I don't trust the woman who got the kid kidnapped while cheating or the guy trying to pay his neighbor to beat her up. I think they both aren't fit parents.

Ella estaba casada con la ley, y fue infiel, y la forma que le enseña a su kiña fue algo que a la mamá le causó gracia a los niños les gusta el agua en la vida va labar todo esa la pequeña ella misma llevo esa grabación, pero no fue bue a idea ese tipo de video, por que prueba es lo que hala lo que dice a la niña, y devio hacer un video que miran tv, comen helado y lo mucho que se quieren, que pena pero está bueno que la yuden sicologicamente, le va doler pero si tendrá visitas seguramente.

Dios mio este caso me dejo en shock el solo ponerme en el lugar de esa Sra me da de todo que situación más horrible le toco vivir.

That’s not the only reason. The mother didn’t look stable since the minute I saw her. It’s not her fault the kid died, but it could’ve been stopped! How can you trust a woman who brought her kids to the same motel were she was stuffing her pants with someone? I don’t think the video is inappropriate, but I do find it weird how she said “this is a video showing how much we bond” and instead of showing a video where they’re laughing or playing, she shows that video, almost like she doesn’t have any other videos. Also, her witness seemed to be lying just as much as her or else the judge would’ve asked more questions, her whole testimony is weird and she lied from the start. If she had started her argument saying “I was cheating and I know I’m responsible, but…” it would show she’s stable and has matured since her son’s death, but she lied about what happened and only admitted when her husband showed proof. Let’s not forget her husband gets TEMPORARY custody. The judge is giving by her a second chance, but as of now, she’s not mentally stable. A woman who takes her kids to Tijuana just to hook up with a lover and in the meantime her kid gets kidnapped and murdered, it’s serious and if I found out that instead of taking care of my kids in one of the most dangerous cities, she was too busy with some man, I’d also be mad. I wouldn’t pay someone to beat her up, but I would be livid (specially cause she herself said he spent months helping her deal with the son’s death) imagine spending months making your wife feel better and telling her it’s not her fault, only to find out it IS her fault. In the heat of the moment, one can say many things (either way, I think her witness is lying) I’ve said horrible things to people, but let’s all be honest, if we had an option, we would ALL rather SHE be the one to get kidnapped and filled with crack rather than her innocent son (specially cause she’s responsible). Either way, they both need help, but he’s more fitted than she is

Yo cuidaba a el hijo de mi hermana y le encantaba "ayudarme" a hacer el quehacer, se agarraba de la aspiradora y nada más bailaba para adelante y para atrás cada que yo la movía 😂 tuve que comprarle una aspiradora de juguete, porque no podía yo hacer nada con el agarrado de la aspiradora para "ayudarme" 😍

@@poseidongaming4424 it still needed to be addressed for the safety of the other child being put in the care if the father. Drunken psychotic rage episodes aren’t really something you should ignore when handing someone a child.

if she hadn't been unfaithful, her son might still be alive. I know it's harsh but that's the reality of the situation.

i kinda disagree because it was really by chance like yes she cheated, but what if she had taken them grocery shopping that day and he was kidnapped then like it wouldnt be her fault that she needed to buy food and couldnt just leave the kids at home

Not really. She did wrong by cheating of course, but she was in the streets. That could happen anywhere she was going.

NARDA Aj. muchos capitulos son armados para mostrarlos y la gente sepa de estos casos. es muy duro q pase esto pero es verdad. (al principio dice q hay capitulos para consentizar y otros reales) me miro todos!!! me encanta La Doctora sean capitulos guionados o no!!

Que difícil. Es esta vida .con las drogas y la humanidad.malvada.y sobre todo la infidelidad.

Producción, denles algo para que los actores lloren con lágrimas, es que da la risa….😅😅 Estos secuestros ocurren realmente, pero si ponen a malos actores para un teatrillo , pierden fuerza y ejercen el efecto contrario, la banalizacion. No me gusta ni un pelo la intención última…..Es primado negativo puro.

Ay Polo, eso de la niña lavando los trastes era porque la niñita quiso, como muchos otros niños lo hacen, como cuando, por ejemplo, las nenas o los nenes se ponen Lo de que tenía que lavar toda la ropa fue un decir, como hablando la madre con otro adulto. Polo, me extraña que siendo araña, te caigas de la pared. Es como cuando, por ejemplo, te pones de niño los zapatos 👠 de tacón de tu mamá o los sacos de tu papá. Doctora Madeleine, es la primera vez que me desilusiona con respecto a este último punto.
