Reaction of the step father was so real and yet the mom didn’t react as all upon hearing that the very man that had abused her had now abused her daughter. Something just doesn’t seem to add up here. I suspect that there is something between the mom and the cousin. Also, how can you as a mother let the man who abused you come and live with you and look after you children while you are not there.

Exactly, but psychologically it makes no sense.... This hits so close to home. My mother used to let my grandpa babysit us, knowing my grandpa raped my older aunt when they were kids. Because she wasn' t his biological daughter.... My mom has always said she "forgave him" for what he did to my aunt. I was always confused because I would think- YOU weren't the victim! Grandpa abused my aunt, who are you to forgive ?? But throughout my life, she did other questionable things. Thank god my grandpa never touched me, but my brother said he did something to him. She accused alot of people of sexual abuse in the family like my dad and a cousin, even my brother's dad. She never saw it. But she said because my brother's dad took my brother outside and they were in the backyard "too long", she "knew what was happening. " so instead of going outside to check, she called the cops and accused him of molesting my brother. When I was 13, she started dating her cousin and she accused me of sleeping with her boyfriend. She would tell me she "knew" something was going on, and he was her boyfriend not mine. These events lead me to believe my grandpa or someone else may have abused my mom.... And she refuses to admit it. But she let an alleged abuser babysit us. And if she thought her boyfriend was having sex with me, if it had been true, instead of calling the police or being concerned, she saw me as "the other woman" it made no sense. But i will never understand how she accuses people of molesting or abusing kids yet put us in questionable situations... Now that I'm a mother I don't trust her and I don't allow her to babysit my daughter or be alone with my child knowing she brings in men into her home. She brought in a mam once to live with us just after she met him 2 weeks before. She had no idea he was a heroine addict until she found needles in our bathroom. And that man would babysit us too!

Thank God this woman is very intelligent. I love how she handles situations. She’s very well in all points of view. I love her. Bless you, ma’am.

Este caso fue actuado, seguramente verídico,, sin lugar a dudas fue actuado, 1) una niña que está amenazada y no habla del abuso, no se va a sincerar con la doctora, en público, la doctora no tiene la barita mágica, 2) el primo siendo culpable no se iba a presentar como testigo. Que la madre sea una incrédula o una ciega inconciente/conciente, eso sí me lo creo...mira el caso, en youtube, de Felipe Romero, caso uruguayo.

When the dad broke down sobbing it broke my heart

I lost connection to my cable so I've been watching caso cerrado on here and I've been binge watching bc it's just something I do all the time. And let me tell you, very few episodes have made me feel emotional or even remotely close to crying. But this one has bc it shows a worried step father worried about his daughter and I feel so bad for her bc she's too young and she's so pretty. Like when things like this happen, it takes a toll on the victims well being and even appearance wise and it sucks that this happens so often.

I get the feeling that the mum knew already that the cousin had sexually abused her daughter but all the pent up pain and emotions are too much for her to revisit so she addresses her reality by masking it that it's the father that is the abuser as to hide herself from the reality that she'd let her cousin do the same thing again to her daughter...of course I'm not excusing what she did or the fact that she didn't even cry when it was revealed her daughter was raped. Again maybe she knew all along. I feel for the dad, to have been molested on multiple occasions and then to have his own adored kid get molested too, I feel for him

I agree, and also feel the red lingerie was a red flag both parents missed. I guarantee that sick cousin got her to ask for it, to wear for him during sex. They should send that with him when he serves time in prison for statutory rape and child molestation. That family needs individual and group therapy and monitoring.

You can tell Yasmin was scared. She was terrified. I cried seeing how scared she was. Poor girl. I also cried when Miguel went to attack him and fell to the floor crying.

Respecto a que la madre no muestre dolor, te digo que mi madre es igual: fue abusada por su hermano y cuando mi ex pareja me pegó y abusó de mí, se puso de parte de él. Las personas abusadas desafortunadamente en muchos casos no son consientes y quedan mal.

Me pongo en tu lugar yo también fui abusada pero no con penetración solo toques y nunca dije nada por amenaza y por qué había por enmedio una amistad con la familia muy allegada era tan solo una niña en mi inocencia y por miedo calle y era supuestamente cristiano que es lo peor ,pero gracias a Dios ahora tengo una familia y no me arrepiento de ternerla ellos me han ayudado a superar tanto trauma y abuso

Hola Sara, me da mucha tristesa que has tenido que pasar por todo eso. Te compronde porque ami me paso lo mismo. Mis padres sabian que mi tio me habia abusado de mi pero no hicieron nada. Lo mas grave era que ellos decidieron tener un laso con mi tio hasta despues de saber lo que me habia hecho. Tenía 11 años cuando me paso. Lo mas malo era que despues de eso mi padrino tambien me toco sexualmente y mi papa hasta despues de saber lo que habia echo, quedo siendo un buen amigo para el. Estuve en therapia por 6 años de mi vida por todo lo que pase y he comprendido que lo que no me dieron mis padres me puedo dar a mi misma. Te deseo lo mejor y espero que un dia tu tambien puedas currar tus heridas. Un abaso fuerte. Disculpa si no escribo bien el español pero no es mi lengua materna.

la doctora le hubiera quitado la custodia de los niños ala madre no tuvo ninguna racion quiere decir que ella sabia lo que estaba pasando y poreso le hechaba la culpa al esposo

the fact that she's not even his daughter by blood and he's out here fighting for this girls justice is so heart warming to me. that little girl has been through so much and it breaks my heart to know that her mother puts more trust in her cousin than her husband who'es been there for her since day one. he didn't care if the kids were his or not, but he still raised them like his own and has the heart to protect both of them.

I was sad, but okay through this ep, but as soon as the father knew it was the cousin, tears literally fell, wow, what a nice individual to look up too.

Que madre tan fría para no ver ni sentir lo que pasa a su alrededor.

The mother was trying to swallow the truth , her worst nightmare was this happening to her daughter one day, and she dosent know how to react , doesn't mean she dont care , the stepfather had a different reaction cause he knew he didnt do it . The mother sat and was thinking stepfather or cousin and she finally got the truth she dosent trust men period. Hopefully this helps her relationship with her husband but no matter how much loves that man she will never trust another man again .
