even though I feel you show is full of cast actress and actors I was still intrigued by lot of things happening in the show. I strongly suggest, that anyone who's not Spanish fluent to leave this form Caso Cerrado because they don't establish captions for English speakers properly.

When the plaintiff said she would do it again and Dr ana polo said I would cheer for u all the way I cried because this is one of the reason why she's the best and amazing and my role model ♥️

Simply My Life with Denice what??? Are you even serious? She was ABUSED TOO. Do you know what it feels like to be abused at 11? Forced to do dirty horrible things you don’t understand? Guess you don’t. The girl was already abandoned by her mother at 3, grew up in a terrible situation, had no one by her side just her father, even though he was a monster, SHE HAD NOBODY, then her father died and she was abandoned. What was her fault? She was abandoned after being abused, what was her fault? at 11 years of age.

I disagree with Roberta, a man that encourages his daughter to help him molest an 8 year old is not going to change, and it's likely that eventually he would've stopped considering her his daughter and started hurting her too. And if he had gone to prison, the moment he got out he'd be able to manipulate his daughter into doing it again because even ten years dead, she still defends him. So no, killing him--although I do not recommend such action as a solution to everything-- was the best option to keep his daughter from following down the same path as his father and protecting her daughter.

Exactly. He wasnt gonna change. Thats something psychological, not just moral. He couldve spent eternity in prison and it wouldve changed nothing. Its not like the mother is denying murdering him. She did her time. She has to live with the consequences as she has been. Yes, she could earn money herself, but she's an ex convict. The job market is very very limited for people with that on their records. This just comes down to money at the end. I feel bad for the defendant and all that she went through, but if she stepped backand saw the man for who he was, she wouldnt even want to call him her father.

Even though death is never the answer. What this grown man did to this child is simply disgusts me this is why woman can’t be to sure who’s good to be around their kids and definitely be blinded by love!🤦🏻‍♀️

I think the daughter loves 300,000 dollars more than anyone. Her defending her dad seemed like she didn't understand the depth of her father's doings. As a mother, I would of done the same thing as the mom here. Killed the guy and did jail time because one man decided to ruin the life of a child. I'm glad the judge gave the plaintiff her inheritance back because that biological daughter damn well has everything for her...and she still defends her father even though he destroyed her life and her 8 year old step sister.

👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽 to the Mother!!! My heart goes out to her. ❤️ she unfortunately had to pay for a crime I believe any loving mother would do! And will now struggle to live a “normal” life after not being able to be there for her daughter when she most needed her.
