Love this group, you should definitely give their previous ep a listen even if it’s off camera; they definitely deserve it. Maybe you’d like some of Holding Absence’s discography as well.

The vocalist is consistently in a higher register than what my ear is normally drawn to. That being said there is A LOT to enjoy here. Their guitar tone is incredible! Great ambience is present. I enjoy the band and I'm grateful to you Tank for introducing them to me!

Also! I didn't know about this band, but is a very nice sound. Kinda chill. Kinda nostalgic for me somehow (they have the sound of some bands I listened to in my teens). Also - I know you want to check out new stuff... But if you want to find newish stuff from older bands, check out Paradise Lost! There's so many good songs, Just go for it

I love this song also, but it's their Least popular song likely from being a much less heavy song on a mostly intense metal album. That said, the album is heavily emotionally driven and hopes and dreams is a beautiful song that fits right in place

This is definitely one of my favorite songs of theirs. I actually had the pleasure of seeing them live front row at Brooklyn Bowl in Philly! This is the first video of yours I’ve watched as well. I’ve gotta say, you definitely take things way further than this just being a “reaction video” like a lot of people make. You actually go in detail with things that the viewer themselves may not notice, and provide facts and info that isn’t present. Nice work!

Add Caskets to the list of bands added to my rotation after hearing them here first! Going to make a couple suggestions that I feel mesh well with Caskets. Silent Theory - Fragile Minds or Watch Me Burn - plenty of gear in both! You Me At Six - Beautiful Way or Night People - good gear shots as well

First time listening to Caskets, and it reminds me a lot of The Raven Age. Not sure if it's just this song or not though, so I guess I'll just have to check more of their stuff 😜

If you’re cool with a higher register singer with those early/mid 2000 vibes is Envied By Angels “Plight” and a band that could definitely use your help. And it’s so damn catchy, one of my favorite songs I’ve heard in a long time.

Their guitarist Merel Bechtold has played with Delain for quite a while (they sound a bit similar to Dear Mother, so maybe worth checking out if you haven't yet), with Mark from Epica in MaYaN and in her (also former band unfortunately) Purest of Pain. Maybe you like some of those, too :)

Every band in the world uses auto tune in the studio to perfect the vocals. That being said, to my ear, they’re not using a ton, nor relying upon it.
