Thank you for posting this! I had no idea what a really fresh cashew nut looked like and I sure didn't know that the cashew fruit could be made into a drink. I learned something new today and I have decided to order some concentrated cashew juice from Amazon so I can at least give that a try.

It is very similar to the countryside of my country Thailand .in my hometown we planted cashews , Rubber Trees, cassava and corn and I think we have the same eating culture .Now I work in bangkok but I still miss The countryside that I used to live in when I was young 😍😍 and also we like to take cashew fruit to make a spicy salad but must be thoroughly washed first because it contains some substance that cause itching .

Thanks so much for posting the name of the ingredients as they are added. I'm writing down the "recipes" as I watch them. I live in Missouri City, Texas with is not from the city of Houston in America. We have lots of restaurants and grocery stores owned by a diverse group of people from different cultures. So I will be able to get all of the seasonings that Grandma and daughter use in their cooking. It is a joy to watch each video. Anyone unsure of how to prepare and cut all the veggies and spices ahead of time and how to properly clean meats and fish can learn from watching this video. Yea, I'm pretty sure I'd slice off my hand at the wrist attempting to get at those cashews with that knife. Grandma got skills.

I know it's a lot of hard work, but Grandma and daughter makes it look like fun, makes me want to jump in and help. However it's clear that they don't need it and most likely they would not appreciate it. Watching them changed my attitude about cooking.

Your so fortunate to have all this food and spices at your disposal. Im jealous 😊

Cashew nuts are so tasty to eat on its own,I didn't know it can be made curries..we had plenty of cashewnut trees at my parents'house in kerala....those cildren look so healthy with grandma's nutritious food,those children eat so with clean manners

I really enjoy watching this and find them very relaxing now that I got over worrying grandma was going to cut her finger off. It would be lovely if you filled out the “About” page with information about the village, country and the people. Do the grow this food, catch the fish (from other videos) or do they go to a market. Would love to see videos on those subjects as well.

It's not necessarily overeating, but it's all those chemicals and hormones they put in the food in America. They think they can improve nature and they just don't get that they have to work with nature not against it
