Excellent video, I like a mix of the deep dives and the fast analysis because you do both content formats great! The JJ 14.81bb river bet I thought was interesting, personally feel like it's slightly ambitious (this coming from a guy who always value owns himself on the river lol) two issues imho is what parts of V range are going to be happy to call off on this runout? I think we are targeting too narrow a range that calls with 2nd best here. The 2nd issue being that you open yourself up to being XR with impunity here and V can be doing this with such a great mix of value and bluffs, this texture really allows for a lot of creativity. Going back to an earlier hand, I really enjoyed your flop XR, want to add that holding the Ah, I think gives merit to working in some check calls as options open on the turn whenever a heart drops. K9s was a nasty spot, so many great hand examples used here Pete! Great video!

Is having the 4 in the first hand BvB where we hero call the river important to the call? As we are blocking the 45 and the nuts?

At 9:00 with AKo, why do we not bet small, but instead it's good to either check or bet big?

nice video, think the AK bluffjam at 11:39 is not great this deep as his main folds vs this sizing are gonna be AJ, KJ Think having a low card like A5, 54, 76 where you dont block offsuit 1pair hands that make up a bulk of OOP folding range are better suited for jamming Think AK fits a lot better in the 75% size

How many hours of play are you getting these hands from? At 10 nl these spots are almost always value maybe a bluff 1/5 of the time. I just don't see these kinds of wild river bluffs and catches like you're representing. You might get 1 fishy player in a 6 max game, but then it's a reg competition to bluff catch the fish and then you got everyone slow playing a super tight range.

16:30 JJ, I feels like we want to continue to bet TxTd JxJd and check back the OP combos without diamonds. I understand your comment that villian should not reach the node of the game tree with many diamonds combos like KJdd but population with under bluff raise those combos and reach the river with more combos then PIO would IMO.

In the AKo hand in the HJ against BB in the SRP.... Do you ever X turn as your AKo is ahead of any of his A high combos that floats on flop? Perhaps polarising with an overbet with your Ax hands that have a lesser kicker here, like AJo? When taking into consideration that your large sizing on flop has filtered his range?

Ran the JT hand vs Bigsteals, JTo is pure folding the turn vs b150, and I believe he went b200, with that being said all other Jx is calling river but is 0ev. Looks like he's proper over bluffing that node if he's using the Ao5c given most of your bluffs here want to come from AcXo. Really interesting hand. *Also you're meant to fold almost all AcX on the turn apparently.

Could you check the EV of calling JT on the turn please? I don’t find the output verdict particularly satisfying. I think this shows just how effective these unfamiliar lines can be at taking people out of their comfort zone!

@@CarrotCornerPoker I'm just running it on GTOWizard so only have the fixed size of 15.35BB, but your combo vs this size is -0.42EV. Even though his sizing is larger I'd assume that he's over bluffing here given the inclusion of 5c (and Ac5o is only overbetting here 20% of the time in sim) so you're probably printing. Sorry not a complete GTO beast yet so no PIO for a deeper dive, that's what you're for coach ;)

@@CarrotCornerPoker side note, and not backed by any data, but in my limited experience these sort of spots are heavily overbluffed in the 200z games (offsuit flush blocker). You probably have a better idea and mass data to confirm/deny.

5c blocks the low flush draws that call flop and fold to turn huge overbet which is probably why Ax5c does not bluff turn I would imagine this blocker effect is especially true against earlier positions on this same node
