Love this format - allows me to contrast it with my thought process and see what where I am making errors and factors I am not fully considering in decision making. The Nut Uniqueness Test is a catchy way to creatively build that step into flop protocol.

Thanks Pete, this format is perfect for me. Without much of a network that plays cash, and being quite time poor, I learn better by observing than reading, but my eyes do glaze over with some of the other training videos on here that spend an hour looking at charts etc. Is your level 1 course delivered in a similar way? Talking through concepts etc, getting to understand the 'why' etc. Any info you can provide on how the level one content is presented would be great 🙏For context I am just about beating 10nl on GG after 9 months playing an average of 30 hours per month....

I really liked this format and found it really helpful. My main form of study is just looking at sims and trying ti understand the heuristics and I feel there’s a bridge between studying and implementing.

I like checking and calling down vs weaker players in spots like the KK6Q hand. They will put more money in with bluffs and a weaker range than they will call.

Yeah it's possible they'll bet too high up into their SDV but overfold on this particular card. I think I underestimated the EV of checking turn here for these reasons.

4:22 would you continue to bet if the turn was a 9 of spades bc you can still make your opponent indifferent on a lot of 1pair hands which is better for your hand then checking? Or would you check bc you generally don’t want to double barrel on turns that don’t improve your bluff?

min 10ish, what would you consider good blufs? also villains range is very capped since if he has better than KJ we would want money from the weaker player and bet on the turn. So he is capped at KJ i guess, 9x. If you have AJ+ do you think 2x pot should be good? 3x pot? Then you can add a shit ton of bluffs, i think ATo here exploitive can be easy 3x pot and get folds 90%+ of the time unless you have some history with the reg and he knows you're capable of overbluffing

hi Pete, I bought the grinder's manual, and I have some questions regarding sizing. 1. For the open size, in your book you mentioned 3x for UTG, HJ and CO (pages 27, 36 and 44) but in this video, your size is 2.2x mainly 2. for C- betting, you sized 1/3 approx on the video, but on the book, the minimum size is 1/2pot (figure 22 page 157) can you please clarify why are those differences between your book and your game? thanks!

Yeah I don't even like the term 'target' even so. I prefer somthing like: 'we tailor our strategy in X way because of Villain's range composition.'

I think your channel has a lot to offer, BUT you talk in a rushed way ..if you could slow down just a bit, it would really help understand you better the first time..also, I'm american so hearing your accent with faster talking is difficult to clearly understand you the first time... honestly, I would have already signed up for your course, but this issue would be too aggravating for me to deal with for lesson after lesson
