Interest is charged on closing balance for each day and not on hourly basis. If you withdraw Rs. 5.00 lakhs, your day end balance is Rs. 5.00 and interest will be charged on this day end balance. If you deposit Rs. 5.00 lakhs on next day, your day end balance shall be zero and hence no interest will be charged on next day.

Towards the end 30 ka month means?? If I take your example and take only first transaction and then it’s repayment next day and no fund is used for remaining days so interest would be charged for only 1 day that is 49 rupees only. Days 30 wala kya bola aapne….it will 1 day in that case.

Interest is charged on closing balance for the day. Intra day transactions are not considered for interest Calculation. If you withdraw Rs. 1 crore and deposit it again on the same day, no interest will be charged.

Interest is charged on closing balance of a particular day. You may deposit and withdraw any amount any number of times. Closing balance for the day only is considered for calculating interest.

Zero. Interest is calculated on closing balance for the day. You may withdraw Rs. 1 crore. But if deposit it back on the same day, no interest will be charged.

sir agar april me humne koi paise nahi dale hote or same credit may me bhi dua rehta pura mahine to kaise intrest lagta kitna kagta ???

If interest is paid on the day on which it is charged by bank, then you are right. No interest will be charged on interest.

No. Interest Calculation is done monthly basis. When we are calculating for May 20, previous months are not considered.

Yes. Because interest is charged on daily balance at the end of the month. You are using bank's money for the whole month and repaying full amount on last day, interest will not be charged for last day only. For all other days of months interest will be charged.
