Sir in excel sheet more data is there in that closing balance to opening balance copy & paste special is more time will take . So any shortcut in find & replace with special characters is may I use or any tricks is may there . Example A1 :A500 (in value is there 300,400,240,280 more) & D1:D500(others value are there). How to D1:D500 values put in A1 :A500 (instead of value of A1 :A500 ). Without copy paste hence data is more copy paste special is more will take time is any. Tricke is there save time. Please I hope you answer me sir.

Sir ji mera ek query he- Humne ek business start karne ke liye capital lagate 5 lac and bank se loan liye 5 lac to hame agar pehla year me profit se 1 lac loan pay karte he to ' balance sheet me equity ki head me mera liability hoga 4 lac to 1 lac Jo hamne business profit se pay Kiya ose kya hum profit and loss ki head me as a expense dikha sakte he and 1 lac Jo hamne loan pay Kiya to mera asset to ohi he to kya 1 lac mera capital me add hoga ? Please reply me

Balance Sheet is to be prepared by accountant of business. Then it is signed by business owner. Them it is audited by CA. Legally CA never prepares Balance Sheet. . Anybody who knows accounting can prepare Balance Sheet.

This video is not about preparation of balance after taking into consideration, opening balance and transactions. This video is about preparation of balance sheet in excel when you finalized books of accounts, i.e. Accounting, Audit everything is over and we just need to prepare a balance sheet in excel.
