Honestly it may just be Me but I'm not very happy how Casey Raised his voice to Kelly like he did even though Casey had good intentions to protect Kelly to me it sounded smartelicly In my opinion. The way Casey acted towards Kelly And I would of actually of liked to see it the other way around where Kelly would get to tell Casey what to do but that's just me . Because when it comes to Casey with me it's sort of a love & dislike relationship at Times. Sometimes I really like Casey when it comes to his brotherly relationship with Kelly but there's other times when I don't really like Casey At all like here in this scene.

They’re brothers, and brothers fight. But when Casey went to Severide and acknowledged what happened, that was when I knew they had grown up. That was incredibly mature of Casey to do that and when Severide wasn’t ready to talk, Casey gave him space. It was discussed & over as fast as it happened.

Good call by Casey. Way too risky to be sending someone in there. The risk heavily outweighed the reward. Never risk the life of a firefighter to save someone that can’t be saved.

Hypothermia sets in very quickly, without the proper clothing. Water can be pretty damn cold in the height of summer, let alone in the dead of winter in Chicago. That woman had no chance to live.

I don't call that brotherly Kelly was more of a friend to Casey than Casey was to him Casey told chief bolden that Kelly was jealous of his rank he would accuse Kelly of stabbing him in the back which was a lie Kelly was not jealous of Casey is Kelley could have been a lot more than captain his dad and grimmson was always trying to push Kelly up the ladder he would not do it grimmson looked at Kelly like his son I think Casey was jealous of Kelly even if it was about Kelly looks because he I too handsome and fine

Casey is absolutely right to stop Severide. Severide wasn't thinking clearly.

Nightwing690 if you remember on the season 5 cliffhanger he took of his mask and put it on one of the victims. That was a warehouse fire meaning there were all sorts of chemicals around him and he chose his victim over him

Kelly has to understand that he could have been in serious danger himself, if Matt hadn't stopped him. Sometimes, being a firefighter is tough. And you deal with hardships every day. It's not easy.

Silje Hoel Sakshaug Yeah. It’s not easy to have or even hold a job as a firefighter, and it also isn’t easy to have a job as a cop, because of what they have to do every single day. Now I don’t know that much about doctors or nurses, but for cops and firefighters, neither of those jobs are easy, because of the risks and dangers that they have to face every day. Like for the firefighters, they have to go into burning buildings, burning houses that are on fire to save people, and even though not everybody makes it out alive, well they do what they can to save people from burning buildings and burning houses, and from raging fires as well. For cops, their jobs is to catch criminals and put them behind bars, and even if they don’t always catch them, well the police officers, they try to do what they can to keep people around both safe and protected, while at the same time they also try to prevent anybody from getting robbed or killed by criminals.

And well I agree with you that it isn’t easy to hold a job as a firefighter, but it also goes for cops as well, because I always watch all 3 shows of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D. and well I don’t really know that much about doctors or even nurses because they’re stuck inside of hospitals all day, sometimes all night keeping patients alive after getting hurt really badly, because I guess that it’s always the way it goes and I just realized that I was wrong, because besides cops and firefighters, well all 5 of the jobs, because I am also counting doctors and nurses, and for all 5 of the jobs, including for the paramedics from both the fire houses and from the hospitals as well around, well I don’t think that it’s easy to hold or even have jobs as a cop or a firefighter or as a paramedic or as a doctor or a nurse, because for all 5, the cops are the ones to put away the bad guys and the criminals as well, and for firefighters, well they have to face risky and dangerous fires every day to keep and protect the people safe, and for doctors and nurses, well they try to do what they can to keep people safe, protected and alive, while for paramedics, either coming from the hospitals or the fire house, they have to save and try to keep patients alive first on the scene, then take them to hospitals to try and save their lives, and even though not everybody makes it out alive, well they all try their best and do what they can, to keep people safe and protected from criminals for the cops, fires for the firefighters, hurt for doctors and nurses, and finally for them to keep them alive to get to hospitals for paramedics. I mean that all makes sense doesn’t it? What do you honestly think?

@@tcolemanracing They fight like brothers, but always work it out and have each others backs. Severide is also a lot better at communicating than he was, he's also a lot less grumpy and brooding (thank goodness for Stella Kidd) so they argue rarely now.

I have to agree with you there that SEVERIDE should have already been promoted to CAPTION!! Awhile ago now it's pretty messed up that he's basically been a Lieutenant for 10 yrs now . And season 10 just wrapped up & guess what he's still stuck at being Lieutenant . Honestly I think that Severide is probably no doubt one of the Longest running Squad Lieutenants IN THE HISTORY OF TELEVISION!

When Casey was sleeping with that reporter, they did some digging on a company and the company retaliated by setting Casey’s apartment on fire while they were sleeping. Both made it out ok, but because of this, Casey moved back in with Kidd and Severide

3452jerry It's spelled lieutenant. Yet this is a rescue, and those that knows rescue the best are squads. Hence why they are in-charge of rescue operations and knows the best about them. Casey was just being a bad captain putting his rank first.
