What was wrong with the initial final pitch: Did not lead with the answer, information overload (not succinct)

The pitch focused too much on the logic and had little focus on the recommendation. I think the CEO would be bored hearing the work process. Instead it should start with the summary, mention the root-causes and explain in detail what should be done both in the short term and the long term

And it should finish with a classic "happy to continue working with you (to implement these solutions)". Great job!

I think there are no numbers in the closing pitch. It’s not described quantitatively. Thanks.

    1) It is quantitate issue tree and he speaks about qualitative. 2)He should speak brunch by branch, sub-branch by sub-branch. 3) There are no strong recommendation for client. 4) He tells in the end that different framework needed. 5) Seems not MECE

One thing to note: many issue trees start quantitative but switches to qualitative near the end. Quantitative breakdowns works better at the start when you need to locate a rough area for investigation, but to pinpoint the root cause you'd usually need qualitative breakdowns.

The pitch at 1:27 is full of unnecessary details, focusing less on forward path and the solution itself.

The final was very long, cramming too many details in it. Jargon-filled language without a clear and concise solution. "Mr CEO" might have lost interest
