One of the core principles in management consulting problem solving and in case interview is to break down problems into smaller pieces. We do that in what we call "issue trees". And to draw great #issuetrees in specific cases, we need help from those "template", or in other words "Case Interview Frameworks".
See how Kim Tran, a former McKinsey consultant, explains the concept and examples of "Case Interview Framework"!

I am preparing for a MT programme. At university, it's seldom to have a chance learning about how to solve a case study so I even dont know we have a list of method to analyze . A friends advised me to watch your videos and... wow! the best thing in life is free. I find it really helpful. Thank you for your knowledge and sharing.

Hi Kim! I passed the PSG with the tips from your videos and I'm currently preparing for PEI and case interview based on your contents. I must say this is the highest quality stuff available publicly and will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Also have a question if I may: do I have to stick to work for everything I said if I'm a undergraduate student applying for an internship? I want to talk about how I overcome some extreme difficulties in a past job search but that doesn't seem to be strictly professional?

I largely agree but I do think learning a lot of frameworks gives you good grounding of how to build useful frameworks. For example, I’d solve the Australian government case with a 3Cs framework but it would instead be Australian education, other education systems, international students.

Agree! The framework is still an useful tool to help you navigate through the problem, however, the key message here is that "Don't overuse it"
