It's common in the west, very rare or undiagnosed in India. Many doctors simply push it off as idiopathic liver failure. Also for common ppl, think twice before you include indiscriminate use of copper vessels at home.

As a 1st Year BTech Student, One thing i can say You are gonna be such a good doctor Because u also explains the things preety well This is preety important practically because when the patient understand what is the problem he believes in you

okay let me come straight to the point, first of all thank you bhaiya for this amazing series and secondly, this is the only type of series that I or anyone else could find on KZread and get a lot of benefits from. to be honest this is the kind of video that anyone be it a student or a doctor himself wants in order to keep up with the pace of critical thinking and sometimes this increases the need for various tests that are required in order to get to one simple diagonosis. Such series or videos increases awareness among some fellow citizens who think that doctors do so many test only to confirm the presence of 1 disease in order to print some money. I thank you for bringing this Case files series and would love to see your upcoming videos.

I am also a patient of Wilsons disease...Thank you so much , Dr Anuj Pachel for covering this... but luckily I got diagnosed by this very early , when I was just 13 years old...I almost had same symptoms wad rushed to hospital.. and mine condition was a near death experience... but by god grace , I was diagnosed.. doing very better in life now...

I did Master's in chemistry , in bio inorganic chemistry subject we learnt about Wilson's disease due to copper. We learnt the chemistry behind it like how it binds with protein and how it's accumulation cause Wilson's disease. Your medical case series really attracts me to compile the information beyond my subject. It really showcase life scenario of what we studied.

Noticed applied aspects of so many physiology topics I studied since last 2 months of 1st year MBBS! That is a proof that a good Physican is a good physiologist. A very nice explanation by Dr. Anuj Pachhel 👍👏

Not a medical student... but I enjoy watching these case files. Feels likes listening to some thriller story & then the mystery slowly unravels... Human body ...anatomy is so amazing...& hats off to the doctors to heal the patients 🙏🙏

no joke, this was all he motivation i needed to get back with my neet studies. Ive been stuck with my college studies and havent found the time to study for something i really wanna do in life and thats become a doctor. gonna ace it this year for sure.

finally a case of Wilson's disease. whenever I read about it in Biochemistry, I thought why it even exists if it's so rare. Damn, now that's what you call a diagnosis. Proud of myself I kept Wilson as one of the major diagnosis I did while listening to the case.
