Phenergan dose - iv and oral ?

I have seen a patient, c/o spasm of neck muscle and repetive movement of lips i cant diagnose that case,later i found that patient is taking lesuride causing eps

phenergan (promethezine ) causes EPS right ?

Promethazine has a weak anti dopaminergic action, while a comparatively stronger anticholinergic action. That's the reason why it's used.
