Doug - I really have learned a lot from watching your videos. I've been carving almost 3 years, and I think that if any of us carve for any length of time we find the need to expand our horizons. Thanks for inspiring me!

Great video, thanks! For the Veritas carvers vise, theres a doghole-mount available, that would mounting the thing to your workbench even easier (and the Veritas would use less space when stored away)

Nice set up Doug. I'm not a carver but I have been a subcriber to your channel for quite awhile and I like your carving videos, but I am a fly tier and I could easily incorporate some of your ideas and the way you have things set up into my fly tying bench so thankyou for the inspiration.

Doug Thank you so much for doing this video! I was a lil disappointed when the question wasn’t came up on the podcast and you thought it was a bit off the subject of carving so you didn’t go into detail. So generous of you to now go a step further and take us on the tour! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Hey Doug great videos. In a couple of your vids I think I have seen what looks like a mummer on one of your shelves. I live in Newfoundland and mummering as seen a big come back over the past few years, we even have a mummer parade in St. John’s usually just before Christmas. Just wondering if you would consider doing a tutorial on carving a mummer if you haven’t already. I and I’m sure a lot of others would love to see you carve one. Cheers
