Churmuri recipe | charmburi recipe
There may be none who hasn't listen or tasted Churmuri. The main ingredient required is puffed rice. It is a tasty tea time or timepass snack. Usually it is available all the public functions and fests. We add chopped and grated vegetables like carrots, tomato, onions, mango etc to enhance it's taste. Ground nuts also a must ingredient for churmuri. We add lemon juice and coriander leaves for flavor and taste. The main thing in this dish is, we must add plenty of oil for taste and save the crispiness of puffed rice

My earliest memories of charmuri is from the Puttur jaatre in April when we used to visit during our summer vacations and though I have eaten many variations of the charmuri nothing can beat the ones made using coconut oil 👌😍
