I get really anxious when I fly so I've found playing a game on my phone helps. I've been playing Bejeweled Classic and there is a 'Zen' game on there where you can switch up the background noise to calming sounds (I like the rain drops) AND theres a breathing modulator so it pops up behind the came when to inhale and exhale and you can have the sounds of inhaling and exhaling ....that REALLY comes in handy when I'm having a moment during turbulence. And its a good way to get me to not focus on being on a plane.

The word you're looking for is security lmao. I always bring hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to wipe down my airplane seat or whatever else I might come in contact with. Gum, Dramamine, ear plugs, eye mask, and a neck pillow are must-haves for me especially if I'm catching a red eye anywhere. Also I bring granola or protein bars, pepto in pill form, Tylenol, and Imodium just in case I'm going to a country where the water may not be the safest.

layers because the temp is ever changing. I bring pretty much the same essentials as you. Depending on how long of a flight or time of day, I also bring a small barrel type pillow, keeps me comfy on the flight and where ever we're staying. Eye mask for sleeping!

I use my Pinrose bag as a little cosmetic case too!

I need to have 1 to 3 things to read. Usually one novel, magazine and short stories. Books I download in my Kindle and magazines in case I want something old school. I don't usally buy glossy magazines in my daily life, so it is nice to have that "treat" when I'm traveling.

I need to get one of those Pop Sockets! Having luggage with a charger on it is a lifesaver, I recently got locked out of my house in the pouring rain after returning from a trip and my phone was dead..I was never ever so thankful that I could plug my phone into my luggage haha.

Love the carry on vids. Love the tips. Very interested in those headphones! I also just downloaded Best Fiends and shit it is very addictive! ha. My travel trip is I always board the flight last. That way I can suss out if there are better seats available. I try and get a three seater to myself. Sneaky ;)

So, you know those really basic, wide, cloth head bands? I always bring one when I travel to use as an eye mask when I'm sleeping to block out light. It feels like you aren't wearing anything. I wrap it around my wrist, in flight, when I'm not using it. I also bring ear plugs when I travel. They have saved me so many times from crying babies, loud hotel air conditioners, morning construction, birds, drunk people etc. I specifically buy the wax kind. I think they are meant for swimmers, but whatever.

Totally unrelated to your video, but do you have any info on laser hair removal? I am quite a hairy lady lol (thanks dad), and I get self conscious with the fuzzies I get on my face. Also, my underarm hair is so damn thick that even when I shave, it looks like I have dark underarms. And I have to shave like every other day. I've switched to a natural deodorant and I started waxing for a few months, but didn't see much results with the color. I really don't want to use skin bleach, and I'm sure none of them are cruelty free anyway. Someone told me that perhaps laser hair removal would work, but I don't want to put my money towards anything that comes at the expense of an animal. Just wondering what your thoughts would be Rhian 💖😊

Do you know of a cruelty free and vegan clear chapstick with spf? I know you've talked about the suntegrity lipsticks but I didn't see a clear chapstick on their website.
