1 onion.
1-2 large carrots.
1 tomato.
3 eggs.
Salt.
Vegetable oil.
1. Cut the onions into slices, grate the carrots on a large grater.
2. Slice the tomato thinly.
3. In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion until tender.
4. Lay out the carrots, season with salt.
5. Cook until the carrots are tender.
6. Whisk 3 eggs, season with salt.
7. Add the tomatoes to the carrots in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Line the vegetables with a spatula and pour the egg mixture over them.
9. Cook under the lid on low power for 5-7 minutes.
