Not one curse word and still funny. I swear all the time. But comedians seem to rely on offensive content to make people laugh. It's hard to make people laugh by being creative, that's why I like the dude. Besides some of his ideas aren't bad.

Honestly, this guy is beyond pro. Like you can lost in just the masterpiece of his performances. His ability to flow with every joke, to control the crowd, to always seem spontaneous, etc.
Haha he’s a good guy man, he doesn’t deserve the hate.

People are pissed off as his idea is something we have all done at some point, but he took it to stage and earned millions from it. Other comedians go though hell wondering if their material will make the grade, his props are easy to gauge and are fun in the making. Big fat bowl of sour grapes. 30 years and Las Vegas residence not many can do that, another reason he is hated. He's ok it's light entertainment and it works because of him, good luck to the tens of millions he has earnt.

He’s absolutely fantastic!!!
Never heard of him until I started watching Joe Rogan and he was on the show (I'm in Scotland) and now I look for his stuff all the time. Carrot Top is unique, infectious and I always laugh at his comedy. Brilliant! 👍

I saw him at Western Michigan University in the mid-1990's and he opened up with saying "Look it's Reba McEntire, and she effed her hair up!"
I never understood why people always talked trash about him. He's actually pretty funny. He's respected a whole lot more now but back in the day, people would just take the piss out of him.
Watched him growing up. Still cracks me up. Genuine comedy!
So awesomely talented, ,,tells the whole story in a joke using few words ,then pulls out not only a prop......but a well put together prop mixing props.
I can listen CT tell the same jokes for years upon years. His shtick just does not get old for me. He is still doing some of the same jokes he started with with in his very 1st act. And they are still funny to me. I can watch animal house hundreds of times breakfast club hundreds of times. Why not Carrot Top hundreds of times

A lot of great inventions. He should open a store like Sharper Image.
I love his enthusiasm.
4:05 very good idea
not gonna lie....this is his best material. I respect him for actually puting time into building stuff. he would have been so much better if he would supliment his props with actual stand-up jokes. he could turn 5 minutes into 45 minutes

I came for the Norm Macdonald meme, but Carrot Top is genuinely hilarious, I'm grinning like crazy.

I don’t know, but maybe having been at the Luxor in Vegas since I can remember probably means he’s been doing something right. As hulk hogan would say getting ass in seats.

Hold on I'm not ready 🤣🤣🤣😂
I'm in shock from how witty he is/was. Didnt laugh once, but he's a fucking genius, no doubt. (well I mean if he was writing, and making those props, that is).

He's great, very self effacing, unusually so for an american comedian
Sit down what?
Great. This reminds me why I never liked Carrot Top's crass, inane act.
He was barely beginning to get huge here
Although Jerry was a jerk in real life....and older comedians were hypocritical off-stage (ie; Cosby)....older comedians appreciated Carrot Top because of his family-friendly humor. Many of them could not connect with the rising, dirtier, raunchier comedians. Carrot Top was the bridge between old-school and kids. His "not needing to be dirty to be funny" humor would've made him equally successful in the 1940's through 1960's.
He really is funny. I just think he got drowned out by too much noise in the late 90s and early 2000s. Too many reality stars, too many C-List Celebs, the boy bands, etc..
Ok, y'all. How did his jokes get tweece as funny?
This is like a highlight reel of a much more innocent, wholesome, less sensitive time when people could laugh at a joke and not get offended. (Pre 9-11, pre me too, pre woke, pre canceled-by-the-mob, etc)
@mksolid82
2 жыл бұрын
I agree. Pretty much anything you watch these days that’s pre 9/11 has this calmness to it. 9/11 kicked off everything that we are dealing with today.
i can credit him for being different. it's hit and miss tho, he'd work better with structured jokes but hey ho his existence doesn't offend me. would never pay to see him
I started down this rabbit hole not thinking he was funny at all I still don't think he's funny, but he's clever af
