Her music saved me from going down somewhere where I don't want to be and for that I can never thank her enough. This is the song, Carrie told him that and "Ghost Story", he said you only have to hit high notes only once in the studio and Carrie said nope, if I am going to do a high note, I want to do it all of the time.

Opry makes sure Carrie isn't limited in terms of song selection. Carrie is so proud to be a member, she is one that makes sure songs are right. And Carrie doesn't stretch her time on her stage. Carrie stays with four song limit. Audience may want to extend her time on stage. But she keeps to four set.

You can clearly tell how much Carrie respects the Opry circle. Carrie stays as close to it or in it, when performing, even though Reba, Dolly Brad and Vince said to Carrie, nothing wrong use more of the stage to perform.

@@isp4678 Carrie found Syndi in New Orleans. Syndi was lead singer for a local band down there. Carrie found Syndi when she doing the shooting of her music video, "Cowboy Casanova". Syndi said she had to make a choice, be a backup singer to Carrie or stay with local band. Carrie told Syndi try out being her backup for a couple of months and Syndi has simple stay in that role. Syndi say biggest advantages with Carrie. Syndi gets a chance to visit all of the top of the line music venues. Carrie gets to perform at all of the world's best venues.

Yes, there is two different Carries. In terms of how she dresses. When Carrie performs there at the Opry, she is dressed up, she calls it, mother church of country. Where as when she is performing out on the road, she is outrageous on purpose. She is know for her sparkle outfits and more casual. And Opry she performs for 20 minutes, where as her tour stops are almost two hours long. Opry tradition is 20 minutes at the most. Because at Opry, the show is 1 hour and half with three different performers with 20 minutes each. Yes, sometimes Carrie does the first 20 minutes and the last. Sometimes they have new artist making debut, and new artist has only one or two songs to perform. When Carrie perform for the first time, she did three songs but that was her second time on the Opry and audience wanted more so Opry obliged.

I notice that Carrie is actually performing out of that circle. She knows what that circle ,means there at the Opry. Someone must have told her, nothing wrong with step out of the circle to perform. If it helps you perform better go ahead.

Syndi Perry, Carrie's backup tries to stays in the shadows. Even though she is to the right of Carrie. Carrie makes Syndi stand out on certain songs. But like most of Carrie's band, they tried to stay out of the spotlight. Carrie is a solo artist. Unlike Zack Brown Band. Carrie is on the marquee solo. The band's job is to back up not to be in the spotlight. Even though Carrie tries to put them in the spotlight. At the Opry, Carrie doesn't introduce her band members.

@@isp4678Carrie knows how talented each member of her band is. Carrie was given top of available band members out there. As Ed Eason said he is to the far right on other side of Syndi playing guitar. He was asked to join Carrie's band in the beginning and has stayed. He said he stayed because he just enjoys playing for Carrie. He and Mark Childers have stayed since Carrie this journey started. Carrie, Mark and Ed are like sister and brothers.
