Great setup brother! Local 27. I have one very similar. All carpenters in formwork up here have similar ones. We do each one up to our own liking and make sure they’re comfortable. Then we can work all day and night.
Best tool bet setup on here!!!!!!
My setup is markers, pencils, hammer, tape, speed square, cats paw, flat head, red and blue chalk, pliers, diagonal cutters, razor knife, 100 ft tape, nails, torpedo, and some random items depending on the job.

When I got my leather bags, I hated them. When I'm all loaded up with nails and hustling, it would throw the nails in the bottom pouch like a chicken feeder, and on the tools side there is no great place for my pliers or dykes, torpedo etc. After they took a beating from climbing in and out of rear cages I sent them in to get repaired and bought some diamond back bags, and let me tell you the tool organization on these puppies is second to none, pair that with a badger on my left side for nails it has become a near flawless setup
Nice set up bro! Mines similar but I swapped out my Cresent for Knippex. Also have a small pipe wrench, bahco saw for pour strip or to knock off a 2x4 when the saw isn't nearby, a savage lightning torpedo for night shifts, and a scratch awl for snapping lines and when my pencil disappears. Our pouches are similar but I went with the fat lip. I also cut off the tape measure holder on the right as it ticked me off, and took my left pouch to a leather worker and got some loops put in. Pretty happy with it overall. Keep on building bro!

Great set up brother I’m out of local 425 you gotta ditch that elbow killer though it will get you in the end. Everyone in concretely should check out the ernerbrand hammers they are made by a union brother in California and every bit of it has a different function for common concrete work. Hey how about union brothers. I found this video of a apprentice who knows what to pack to look like a pro ..... but, I highly recommend using the "Rex Tool Bags" brand.
