Tried this yesterday on a lake that has been hard to get bites on the last few years . I had 3 bites and and caught all three. The smallest was just under 16 pounds and the biggest just over 17 pounds. The best afternoon/evenings fishing on the lake for years !

I used the pva bag method over the weekend , first time carp fishing in six hours I had 2 bites , lost both of them . Considering no one else even had a bite I'm really impressed with this method . You make a really good point about putting the weight at the bottom and central in the bag . I didn't and had some proper wonky casts as a result.

I am looking into buying a new set of rods and my fishing is done up to about 70-90 yards with the odd cast over 100. Can I achieve these distances with a 12 ft rod of 3-3.25 lb test curve? Thanks and keep up the good work!

I’m just waiting for time to get out on the bank so will be tying up a fair few to take ready to attach and get fishing quickly. I also use a syringe to inject hemp oil for a little more attraction. Also that new smart gel looks the business. Nice videos. Keep up the good work 👌🏼

Hi Guys its a few weeks ago when I commented about you are catching some Real Specimen Fish. I have lived in Northwich Cheshire all my life and have been a keen Angler most of it I'm 64 now and through I'll health I can't get comfortable anymore when fishing. I write to you today about a fishing spot called the (Horseshoe) and I know for a fact that the Carp in this Water have Never been Caught by a line. Apparently there is too much Natural food in the water. Many Anglers have tried and 100% have failed. I personally have seen these fish and they are enormous 30 to 50lbs and upwards if your interested in the future I will forward the exact place to come and try your luck I look forward to hearing from you both. John. 😁🐳🐳🐳🐳🐳🐳😁🐳🐳🐳

Another little trick I was told about years ago was...when ya filling ya bag also put in half a alca seltzer tablet..they are harmless to the fish and help spread ya bait on the bottom wen they fizz .many old school use them dissolve in less than a minute and explode ya bait around

Helpful video Do you use 45 lb leader for any mainline ? (e.g. 12 lb, 15lb, 20 .b etc) or do you need to get lighter depending on the breaking strain of your mainline? also what is an alternative to using the braid ?
