***CARP FISHING TV*** SPOD LIKE TOM MAKER

Спорт

We joined Tom Maker on his last few hours of a truly magical 36 hour session on Linear's Brasenose 2. "The Machine" landed 34 fish, including 2 doubles, 19 20's most of which where over 25lb and a mind blowing 13 fish that were 30lbs plus!
.
In this Spodding masterclass, Tom shows you his go to Spod setup, and how he uses this specialist kit to his advantage to keep the carp pinned to his swim by feeding little and often effortlessly.

    I was having a lot of trouble with crack offs, videos advising only one rod length and a few turns on the reel. Finding Tom's video and switching to 3 rod lengths has changed everything, and i actually enjoy spombing now. Cheers Tom!

    Tom is a master at this style of fishing in particular and it's taken years to be this good, you have to fish a lot to get anywhere near this fellas level. The best big hit carp angler in the country in my opinion.

    No because if you were trying to spomb at extreme range ( 150yrds +). A large spomb won’t make it out there, however a medium spomb with a spomb float inside doesn’t weigh enough to get out and it the spomb float is on the outside it will catch the air and won’t reach the distance. Just my opinion

    Whichever best way if new is to find the spot you wanna fish with a marker rod then cast your rods to the marker then reel float down to lead and swap for a spomb then your bang on just fix a spot on far bank for accuracy in your mind. Hope that helps it's actually simpler than it sounds. Good luck

  • @jhutch2739

    @jhutch2739

    3 жыл бұрын

    Keep your rod tips close together then look at your line to see if they are going out straight next to each other if one rod is over the other just switch them around! Comes with practice of fishing so tight.. I used to always get pissed of with it but once I started fishing tight all the time it became easy , practice makes perfect if your struggling just fish 2 rods tight on a spot and place your 3rd on another spot

    FOX: You may wish to review how you do the thumbnail for your videos. Whenever you've watched a KZread video on a desktop it puts a red line across the bottom of the video (so the user can tell which videos they have already watched) ...you've now started to put an orange line across the bottom of your video thumbnails which is easility mistaken for the red line indicating the video has already been viewed. Viewers may not watch your videos if they mistakenly assume they've already seen it.
