Hi simon I’m old school been carping 40 yrs 😱. So you’re tactics to me are not what I look to. To the new carpers to the sport tho I think they are well explained and videoed. What has impressed me is the fact that you have continued to improve each an every time on your dialog and video skills. I fully understand the time it takes to produce these vlogs. Effort ,hard work ,dedication and the ability to learn especially by your mistakes which are not always obvious to the watchers. So hats off to you mate very well done 👍. Just watched No.1 2019 road trip orchid lakes. Fished there myself and can be difficult at times. Looking forward to No. 2. 👍

Good video mate always enjoy your videos, I use the same pva as that but instead of using just crushed boilie try add a little glug or matching liquid to dampen it down it makes it much better and adds a bit more attraction

Richard Powell I use it dry mate in this video as it was a really weedy lake and a dry stick is quite buoyant so sinks slowly to rest on the weed. I usually use the Richworth S-Core serum in my sticks on a clear bottom 👌

glenn Chuckle cheers buddy yeah the road was bloody noisy unfortunately which I couldn’t get away from. Definitely quieter at night but still didn’t sleep much 🤷🏻‍♂️

What a treat for a Saturday night, a new video from Simon. Enjoyed how you approached a new water, spot finding, rigs, bait presentations etc. Clearly explained & the thinking behind it, nice. Equally as nice is the amount of bacon your cooking up there champ, must have been an awesome sarnie? Just for clarity, do you prefer a red or brown glug with that? Haha cheers mate yes that was a lot of bacon! I had to eat it all as I had no way to keep it fresh so a whole pack in two sarnies with red glug!

carp ecosse yeah it’s great mate they do a bigger size too so lots of options but I really like the small size as it doesn’t cut down casting distance etc

Lee Callaghan cheers mate I just went and bought a camera and started doing it tbh. There’s loads of info online and KZread videos to help with things like editing etc. I’m still learning and upgrading gear but that’s half the fun 😉 I’ll have a look at yours mate 👍
