Please! When Teresa accused Caroline of rating her out to the IRS, she was asked a very open fair question and she called Caroline's name eventhough she previously accused Jacqueline of the same thing. Basically everybody is against her and she doesn't do anything wrong. She just sit there quietly like the good girl she is but she is so smart, pretty, rich and all the rest of it, they always come for her, huh? 🤭

As someone who works for the IRS-around the time T got in trouble there was a large non filer project. The agent probably googled her and saw her life style. It wouldn’t take too much effort to catch her when she shared how high they were living with the entire world.

@@dahliar410 would not be random doll. A person doesn’t file a return but pays mortgage interest. It hits the agents desk. Then the first step once you do the filing research is to Google them-that is if the agent has common sense. It’s how I approach a non filer.

@@dahliar410 I realized I didn’t explain to you that when you withdraw over 10k in cash the irs gets a copy of the transaction. The IRS also get a report from banks how much mortgage interest you pay. We can take that information and do what’s called a life style audit. That would include a Google search, summons bank records, and utility bills. None of those things require a person to send an anonymous letter to the IRS. They rat themselves out. Greed will always get a non filer busted. How did you not file a return but paid 1.9 mill In mortgage interest? That would be the first question asked by the computer running a non filer program.

She and Joe had handed 5 years of fake IRS tax returns to a bankruptcy judge around 2008. Before the show aired. The bankruptcy that was thrown out due to the tax thing and the other issues. I assume the bankruptcy filing is what got the ball rolling. I don't think the IRS even needed to be called.

I remember many years ago, Caroline said one day Teresa will find out just how strong she is. it was said like your husband is doing you wrong show your daughters just how strong you are. sounds like a friend to me.

Yup exactly Teresa is just dense. Everyone knew Joe was doing illegal things even Bethenny from rhony knew that Joe only paid cash. She recently said that even on RHONY when a housewife went on tv who really wasn’t as rich or as successful as they were making themselves out to be it would actually annoy people that knew them in real life. That’s literally what happened to Teresa because she was bragging about money on the show but people in real life knew. Even Joe said it wasn’t Caroline who snitched them out. He already knows who it was.

Caroline thinks she’s a lot more important than she really is. Like girl you and your sons been talking about Teresa on that podcast for the last 4+ years 😂

It started with the cook book. Teresa made a statement about Caroline family that set the tone and changed their friendship from there. At the time Teresa wasn't a well spoken person and don't know how to read the room. So, I didn't think the statement was meant to "Hurt" their friendship but it didn't. Because Caroline was hurt by it. I've watched the from the beginning and miss those days.

I can remember Joe and Teresa took her to Italy it was her first time Joe's family were speaking Italian and she didn't know what they were saying as she said she doesn't speak Italian lol. She did nothing to Dina. Only the people involved know the truth, so there is likely information that the public isn't privy to for Caroline to write a letter on the behalf of her brother-in-law to remain out of jail on bond, until his trial. It appears that other family members also submitted letters to the court on his behalf, as did Dolores Spagnola Catania, among others. With Dina residing on the West Coast, she is in no imminent danger.

Over time, Dina has cut off her other sisters Angela, Francesca and is only tight with Anne.

@@texan903 That's an interesting take. I agree there may be more to the story than most people know. However, I think it's very hypocritical to claim you are "as thick as thieves, we protect each other til the end", til the end means no matter what the circumstances are. Observing Caroline on the show over the years I have noticed she is an enormous control freak. On the show it wasn't enough for her to dislike Danielle and Teresa, she had to convince other people not to like them either. It's Caroline's way or no way. I believe this is why her sons are both well into their 30's and never really supported themselves or had real jobs that didn't involve help from the parents and are still both single. Before the show aired, she got into a massive fight with Jaqueline about how to raise her son, it wasn't the way that Caroline approved so it must have been wrong. Caroline is the queen of dishing it out but not taking it, she loves to just say "tell it like it is" but wouldn't acknowledge her husbands affair.

There is a time I specifically recall Dina falling out with Caroline, Christopher, and Jacqueline because Caroline and Chris chose not to side with her when she was having problems with Jacqueline. To have someone side with them, against their own spouse, seems selfish and unstable. At other points I remember Teresa bad-mouthing Caroline to Dina, and Dina saying nothing to Teresa about it. Not only is that tacky and inappropriate but if I caught my family member doing that with me, anything I said before about being thick as thieves, would be out the window. As far as being thick as thieves, opinions and emotions are not static, they can and often do change over time. There's nothing wrong with that. Some opinions I had about family in 2009, are almost the total opposite in 2022. Statistically speaking, there are many people in the same age group as her sons, who are not married. It's nothing wrong with that, given that most marriages today, if they ever get to marriage, aren't lasting even a decade. Marrying later is a trend. If the son's parents have the money and are willing to lend their support to their ventures, that's a great thing. Not everyone has parents who are willing or able. Caroline and Al have probably had many conversations over an alleged affair. My guess is they've come to an agreement between themselves, which is the only important thing between two spouses, or they opened up the marriage. In any case, it really is no one else's business other than the spouses.

Theresa called the irs on herself when she went on the view & told joy & everybody else on the show at that time that the reason why they filed bankruptcy so they don’t have that much money back for the bills I can’t remember exactly what she said but it was something like that .

Carolyn turned on her own sister. Dina was attacked by someone hired by her husband, Carolyn’s brother in law….and took his side.

@@evall6647 Albie got a law degree and runs an oceanfront hotel. They own several other restaurants and have a podcast. The daughter has a skincare business. They're very self-sufficient. The fact that they are a close family does not mean they can't do anything on their own. You can say a lot of things about Caroline Manzo, but you can not deny she raised some good kids and has a good family.

Now I might be wrong but, isn't the reason that Teresa doesn't talk to Caroline have something to do with Dinas husband or boyfriend almost getting beat up by someone that had something to do with Caroline husband?? In season 4 Caroline overheard Teresa and Kathy talking about her in the spa, she told Teresa that she was a disgrace and a liar and that the friendship was over.

Not a Teresa fan by any means... but I actually don't think that she ever spoke about Caroline unless she was asked to do so in an interview? Like someone else mentioned, there are a lot of things pointing to Caroline Manzo making a return. But from what I hear about what's going down on the current season of RHONJ - the timing may not be right. I think that what may end up happening is that Caroline could pop in for an episode and talk to Teresa or whatever. And honestly, I think that's all Caroline really wants. RHONJ has been pretty toxic for the past 3 seasons and it's a different show from when Caroline was on.

Caroline is rewriting history, she was not Ms Innocent during her time on the show. And Teresa doesn't bring up Caroline she will answer a question when asked though. Caroline knows that Teresa is not friendly with her because of what Caroline did to Dina.

In regards to Caroline and Teresa, they don't have to answer any questions asked of them about each other or any other topic. So, imo they're both talking about each other instead of saying something like, ohhh that was so long ago and we've moved on or I prefer not to answer that question, etc... I only watched the first three seasons of NJ, so idk what is happening with them now. I just know that Dina and and her husband both got beat up and assaulted by people connected to her ex-husband who is Caroline's brother-in-law. Also, Caroline emphatically denies that her father in law was not in the mafia and just this sweet gentleman. The news report's say otherwise and that Tiny Manzo (he was 400lbs) was a confirmed member of the Genovese family and was known as "the biggest mob enforcer in New Jersey".

Right, even if that was true, which you don't seem to have any evidence to support those claims. Teresa was judged, pleaded guilty, sentenced, sent to jail as was her husband who was later deported. Accusing someone for something a relative did while turning a blind eye on what the other one, is interesting 🙃

Except she didn’t go behind Teresa’s back to befriend Kathy and Melissa. At the time, she admitted to being awful toward them because she was showing Teresa loyalty. And it also wasn’t that Teresa invited Dina to a party, it was that she invited her specifically to film with her and to talk about Caroline and her family, which made that riff even bigger.

Lord Caroline talking about old episodes when they was still on the show ?

this is way off. are we forgetting that in the show, CAROLINE turned on teresa because of the cookbook. teresa always had a respect for caroline until caroline couldn’t get over the olive garden comment. was what teresa did correct? no, she should’ve told her what was going in the book. caroline was the one who refused to forgive teresa for that. whenever teresa mentions caroline now, it is in response to a question most likely asked by andy cohen.

I thought it was Joe Pesci forgive me if I misspelled his name. You know the guy from Goodfellas.Sorry I loved her red hair. 👀

. What exactly happened that all of a sudden Teresa didn’t speak anymore to Caroline and to Jaclyn her very best friend? Right during that conversation Jaclyn had with Teresa in the back yard about having to face criminal charges, Jaclyn didn’t understand why Teresa didn’t tell her about it? They were best friends and it upset Jaclyn that she had to find out about it in a magazine. This pissed Teresa off so much. She kept saying she shouldn’t have to tell her or anybody else anything.

that was so bizarre. I never understood why Jacqueline was upset. Teresa did nothing but keep a few of her legal stuff private (yeah huge legal stuff) but then that's how some people are, they don't like to talk about the serious stuff because it embarrses them but you can still be friends. Never understood the logic behind. There had to be something else between Jacq and Teresa

I remember back when Teresa was having all those problems with everyone. Caroline manziel came to that house they were all staying at and really tried to help Teresa mend things. She has always been a good person. She was always a good friend to Teresa. Teresa has just been a Teresa this whole time. She needs to go. Get rid of Teresa and bring Caroline back!

I don't believe this for a second. What Caroline did was speak disparagingly about Teresa and her marriage and children. She degraded her in a rude and condescending way.

Caroline, only reason you’re even being interviewed is because Teresa IS talking about u!!!!! If you’re so unbothered, the best stance is to stay silent sis!

Teresa might have started out as a good person on the show but the real Teresa came out! There is no way people don’t see the real Teresa! The way she went after her own brother & Melissa, her own cousin. The list goes on. Not only did she cause a lot of problems and destruction she put hard feelings between her father and his siblings that never reconciled before her fathers death. She was responsible for the hard feelings between her dad & brother. That is all on her. She will never find true happiness because you don’t destroy people in the process. The time that she cheated family out of with her nonsense will never be gotten back. That is all on Teresa.

No. Caroline is always talking about Teresa. No one would need to talk to Caroline if it weren’t about Teresa. Caroline “knows it all” but she really doesn’t. Teresa is authentic, Caroline isn’t. Caroline wants to get on Teresa's side because she wants to get on the show badly. Caroline can be very nasty.

“Teresa is authentic” LOLLL wtf? I haven’t watched RHNJ in years because it bothered me that Bravo was financially floating Teresa to stay in her home after she fraudulently owed millions to creditors, but I tried to watch some clips a few months only to see Teresa tell her sister in law “she should have postponed her wedding until Teresa wasn’t pregnant so she’d be more fit for the wedding”. What selfish monster would ever think that??! Teresa has no class, no education, no critical thinking skills, can’t form complete sentences, is valid and selfish, and on top of it she’s not even beautiful or interesting to look at. I absolutely don’t understand how people are fans of someone with NO redeeming qualities.

For not being “thirsty”, Caroline sure is being heard from a lot. I won’t enjoy her or her family on the show. She acts as if she is the only one on the show who will solve all the show’s personality shortcomings.

I remember once Carilone trying to hook up her son w Billy Joel's daughter and that her sons only date women of a certain status. She is insufferable.

What are you talking about? Teresa does the same as you. She only answers a question about you if asked otherwise she does not talk about you. And she says nice things. You don’t speak to your own sister, she was beaten up and so was her husband by her ex husband. She could have been seriously hurt or worse. Then, because he is your husbands brother, you write a letter to get him out of jail saying he is a good guy.. Really! You are the One that went on your sons podcast an said you’ll go back on Jersey to beat the crap out of Teresa. You talk about her. And if you go back don’t use Teresa as a storyline like everyone does, talk about your life truthfully.

I guess Caroline has amnesia! She turned on Theresa when she became the most popular on the show! She was awful to her. She befriended Kathy and Melissa and then brought up Theresa’s legal issues and her selling herself out for stories in the tabloids. She is now all of a sudden playing little miss innocent. I guess she hopes that people won’t remember what she has done. Theresa was extremely loyal to Jackie and Caroline too bad they weren’t the same back

Everyone wants Teresa to stop talking about them yet they continue to talk about her! Caroline isn't as all important as he thinks she is!
