As someone who’s chartered yachts and sailboats with my family we would NEVER speak to the staff the way she did. I don’t care how entitled you think you are. The cold food was the ONLY thing there was a reasonable complaint about. She was way out of line and defending that behavior’s not only embarrassing but shows others’ character as well.

I could see Jill was trying to teach yacht employees to serve people like she wants to be served but she isn't everyone else and it's patronizing to give advice like she did. Just a quick, "I would like to have apples and fresh veggies out at snack times" would suffice--not a whole diatribe about why and how and when guests should be served. It wasn't her place. Also, she chipped in on the tip. The primary paid for the yacht portion. Mind your place, Jill.

What could you possibly get cancelled from…you payed to be on this show cos you ain’t got no other shows lining up for you and you wanted to stay relevant And by the way, Below Deck didn’t need to get ratings by having you on it, it’s a very much loved show that millions watch . Just because it’s not a reality show about a group of older washed up women, who do nothing but have fake fights and whom create over the top drama just to try and stay on their show and remain relevant , doesn’t deem it not worthy of watching ! You did exactly what you did on housewives a decade+ ago!! 45k and 20k tip, for two days? I would definitivly expecting top notch service and food if I paid that much. I saw the episode and it wasn't worth that price.

I didn't see the BD episode with Jill and couldn't even finish your above episode - but regardless dear Jeff, it's time to have a chat with your producers - surely you are able to secure a better caliber of guest - JZ is nothing more that a has-been, rejected, reality player!

Having worked in customer service I have encountered all types of guests. Jill was actually honest open and helpful there have been worse guests on below deck. Also Jill was helping and saying what she needed and giving advice I what have appreciated her advice.

I watched it and I didn’t think she was so bad either. They had paid or their friends had paid £45,000 for 2 nights. You could see that behind the scenes the crew were falling apart. The show is boring as hell I watched simply because of the hype because I like Jill. The food was atrocious for that price. This hate that’s being given to her is not nice People need to put themselves in their shoes
