The Carolina Herrera Resort 2024 was held on June 1st in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, inspired by the city’s exuberant joy and sensuality.
At the heart of this celebration is the people of Brazil, boasting a 100% Brazilian cast, walking to a soundtrack of national icon Gal Costa.
Mother Nature and the tropical Brazilian climate proved to be the ultimate muse. As guests arrived to enjoy sunset cocktails and a breathtaking rainbow spanning the expanse of the stage, a rainstorm arrived upon the show location for a prolonged and unexpected period of time. Ultimately, guests were escorted to the adjoining party in a jungle greenhouse built for the occasion, as models were filmed in the rain barefoot holding their shoes, evoking an emotional and romantic image of the Girl from Ipanema.

Gasped seeing Miss Trentini SERVE in that opening, the new gen needs to keep taking notes. Love Isabeli in the icon preview as well, and always a pleasure to see Ribeiro return

Wes, once again demonstrated that he is the man to take the Carolina Herrera brand to the next level. This was such a beautiful, sexy show that displayed full on Latin American glamour and style. The casting was gorgeous!

Such elegance,classic, fun and airy designs. Anyone at any age can wear these designs. Ms. Herrera and her team are simply the best! My dreams and prayers are to one day meet this Icon. Her designs supersedes any designer that I know, always have and always will be.

Yes,I agree that featuring some sites of of the country would have added more ambiance to the showcase of Ms. Herrera’s designs.

Whoever was in charge of the direction to record the show took little attention to actually film the clothes, but rather was much more interested into catching the faces of the models. Nothing against the creations, in did, since I couldn't get a good pick on the clothes, I will check the website. I hope they can take this comment into consideration.

I loved this collection so much. It was beautiful, feminine, colorful, and familiar. Also, a lot of nice classic prints were reworked into fun and interesting styles and pieces.
