This is one of my many favorite songs by Caro Emerald. This song has a very dark, smoky lounge sound to it, almost James Bondish or "Film Noir" sound. Takes me to a time before my time. ♥️

Caro Emerald is the best . Esmeralda is really wonderful singer and I like every song her. I think that her the best songs are `A night like this` and `Back it up` but this is good too.

Such an exquisite, definitive voice!! I've always loved different kinds of music but as of late, the 2013 charts hold all of the same genres and styles. Caro has bought something new and eye-catching. This woman is going places. I want to see you live Caro. Beautiful, truly beautiful!

Love nearly this entire album. Today I played my entire collection not hearing tunes for awhile and Rainbow's A Light In The Black came on just prior and so odd the genres were together and somehow segued together perfectly!

Согласен. Мать всё время её слушала, пока я мелким был. Вот я и подсел. Перевёл самостоятельно слова и мне понравилось. Жаль, что она не так популярна, хотя определённо этого достойна.

Very sad to read that the Caro Emerald project and live act are dormant and no longer active. Hopefully she will be resurrected asap so that I can see this brilliant lady in concert.
